Loved the food it all came out in a reasonable amount of time and the service was friendly and tried the best they could however they appeared to be lacking in server personnel that nit pick aside great family friendly place to dine in at the food is good and if you are short on time try their drive-thru or order on their app ahead of time and just pick it up.

First time we’ve ordered from here but wish I had read reviews. We ordered two medium pizzas, both with EXTRA Sauce. Pizzas were overcooked and dry as a bone.. no flavor at all. Was a total waste of $21. If I had known, maybe would have asked for extra sauce on the side, although I’m betting it wouldn’t have been enough and would have cost extra anyway. I can’t afford to waste money on a meal when I’m trying to feed my family so I dunno that I’ll ever order online from here again. We’re not from tarkio so by the time we noticed we couldn’t really go back or anything.
This is an add on post but I’ve noticed that in all the negative reviews the ONLY reviews that pizza hut responds to are service related issues… Not bad food issues. Which shows me what their priorities are. It kind of sucks. Won’t be ordering from here anymore and I’m going to make sure I’m vocal about what I think of food quality. It’s not like my problem was the only instance.. sounds like others have had the exact same issues. Shame on you pizza hut.

I have always liked pizza hut better than any other pizza place been going her my whole life. Just sad they got rid of the buffet. Good food good atmosphere and good people.

Yummy to the tummy. Great food and the garlic knots are the best food in the world. Our server was so sweet and kind. UPDATE. The last order was terrible. My sandwich was hard as a rock. I didn’t get my whole order and had to drive back to get it. The service sucked. Try at your own risk.

We decided to take a trip to pizza hut. We ordered wings, pizza, and cheese sticks. Food was good, no problem with that. Our waitress, “manager” Myleigh, was not very efficient. She had four tables. She chatted with her friends that were one of the tables, our whole experience. We had to wait about 10 minutes to get our drinks refilled after the fact that another table had to shake their glass to get her attention. After that table left, she went back to her friends and casually started making fun of that table very loudly (shaking glasses, etc.) We were done eating at 7:00 and had to wait until 7:20 until she came to check up on us and bring us a box. While another table (just one man) had to walk up to her while she was talking with her friends (again) to get him a box and his ticket. We got our ticket and asked her to split the pizza and cheese sticks between two of us and she didn’t do it correctly. I usually don’t have a bad experience here, but tonight was not so great.

Soooo…. I may have placed an order at 9:59 not realizing y’all close at 10 and it actually went through and you guys actually made it to my amazement. I ended realizing that you guys were closed once my phone notified me my pizza was ready and looked up Maryville pizza hut on Google only to find out you guys were closed. It did end up taking my order and money surprisingly. Anyways I’m posting this to apologize to anyone that to stay and make my order because I didn’t check when you guys closed. I’m so sorry because that would’ve made me mad if it happened to me so you guys have my respect. I was too ashamed to show my face there once I realized y’all were closed so I really hope someone got some free food and took it home with them. Again I do apologize so please take this 5 star shining review cause you guys really deserve it

Ordered online for a pickup. One pizza was completely overcooked and the other was ordered with extra sauce with a note in the special instructions rhat asked for “Heavy sauce please”….that pizza BARELY had ANY sauce. Employees are not paying attention to the orders OR there is another issue. This happens every time with this location.

My family has eaten here for over 40 years. It used to be standing room only. Now when we go we are the only customers there. It isn’t the same amazing Pizza Hut we grew to love and cherish.
Customer service and the manager are rude. Last time we ordered it was for curb side. Waited and waited for them to bring out our order. Finally went inside, it was completely empty. Waited on a staff member to notice me. Then when I complained the manager said they are short staffed. Ok, there is nobody there. I am very confused as to how being short staffed affected my order when there are zero customers.
Manager told me that I wasn’t obligated to purchase from them. I am so glad she was so blatantly rude. After 40 years we will never order from this location again.
