This was my first time eating at this restaurant, and it wasn’t very busy, but the experience was disappointing. After we ordered, it took about 20–25 minutes to receive water and a beer, and around 35–40 minutes to get our food—even though we only ordered two items. My chicken wings and fries were not hot, and the beer was warm. When the server asked how everything was, I mentioned the food was cold, but there was no response or attempt to fix it. Just sharing my experience—I wasn’t impressed.

One of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at all things considered. It’s not so much that the food was bad, but we had a party of 6 all ordering different things, and everyone’s dish tasted like frozen food from Walmart. I know a lot of restaurants just order frozen food from Cisco but this was too much. Everything they offer is of the absolute lowest quality possible. Does it take “bad”? No, but paying $27 for fish and chips that taste like the cheapest frozen fried fish you can imagine, or $20 for a burger that has to be a frozen patty, is wild. Check out their menu before coming and tell me if the burger or anything that has a picture looks like it’s worth the price. I spent around $25 a person and it was so insulting for the quality received. The service was also pretty bad when I went. I waited over 20 minutes for a refill on my drink.

The food was subpar. Nachos had little to no chili, all beans. The chicken sandwich tasted of fish, which suggests that it was fried in the same oil as their fish products. The burger is nothing to write home about, just generally bland. The ranch they gave us tasted like it must have been expired, sour and unpalatable. The fries were the best part of my meal.
The service was very slow. Which was odd because there were only two other parties in the entire upstairs area. The food also took forever to come out.
As others have mentioned, the atmosphere doesn’t feel inviting. Probably because there are barely any other people in there.

Only two people working at Landshark upstairs. I don’t blame them….but seriously??? Get more people, pay attention! The vibe is horrible…not at all what it should be. Nobody on stage, and the big screen is showing tennis and golf??? No tropical music, no “landshark” “Margaritaville” vibes. We have not been asked how we are doing…if we would like another drink……nothing. A disappointment to say the least.

Great quieter place on Broadway. Loved sitting upstairs to watch sports. Staff was on point.

Our server, Tracey, was great—very attentive. Most of the food was good (fish tacos, nachos, chicken salad, house-made chips, and key lime pie). Our loaded fries were limp rather than crispy, and the quality of the crispy chicken sandwich could have been better. But overall, a pleasant experience.

Great idea but horrible execution. The idea of a sports book is so that people can watch sports and live bet. Well at this place that’s not possible, there is little to no cell phone reception and the wireless network is unusable. To be able to live bet you have to be able to verify your location while using your sports book apps, in this place that is basically impossible. There are lots of TV’s but the largest one of all is behind the stage and there is all sorts of stuff blocking your view.
The other issue with this place is that it’s on Broadway so if you want to have a few beers while you’re there it’s going to cost you an arm and a leg. And, the staff was so unfriendly that I was shocked. Not a single server was walking around taking orders.
Honestly, don’t even think about spending any time at this place for live sports book action. Great idea, horrible execution.
