The new chicken parmigiana meatball sub was DISGUSTING. It looked like it was week-old meatballs and tasted like the meatballs in a can of Chef Boyardee. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich because I felt like I was going to get food poisoning from it. The sliced meat sandwiches I have had in the past have been good quality. So maybe they need to stop having sandwiches like the meatball subs if the quality is so drastically different between them and their regular sandwiches. Very disappointed. Thankfully my wife loved her club sandwich and hers was edible. Lesson learned: don’t order anything but the deli sliced meat sandwiches from here.

Not sure what’s going on up there but my last several orders have been wrong. Just flat wrong. Look at the picture of the latest one. I’m tired of paying money to Uber just to have Firehouse deliver the wrong food. Then I don’t get refunded. I just get refunded the food not the delivery fees or service or tip. Tired of Firehouse costing me money because they can’t read a receipt.
I live nearby and go here regularly. Bryan and Jessica are great. Friendly service, high quality food, that has always been accurate. The biggest issue Ive ever had is they were out of my favorite sauce once a few years back. Yeah, that is the biggest issue in probably 50 trips over several years.
