I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but this was a new low. I could tell the person handing the food over was frustrated, not sure what about, but no biggie. I said have a good day before leaving and they just turned around. Okay, bad day maybe?
Get home and check my food to find it wasn’t even heated up.. I only ordered a grilled cheese with bacon added on, and they didn’t even put the bacon on it. I guess I just happened to catch them on a bad day but this is still not acceptable.. the food isn’t cheap and this was supposed to be a treat for myself after work. I’ve had this happen before here but I just let it go, but not this time. I will not be ordering food here again, wasted $6 for a grilled cheese, or I guess just cheese sandwich since it wasn’t even grilled or cooked. But hey, the coffee was good though, so thank you for that at least.

I would like to report serious concerns about the management and operations at this Dunkin location.
During my visits, the working environment appeared extremely unprofessional and chaotic. Staff often looked severely sleep-deprived and under significant stress, which raises concerns about whether employees are being treated fairly and whether proper food safety standards are consistently followed.
I am also concerned that some workers at this location may be working off the books or “under the table.” If this is happening, it raises questions about labor practices, accountability, and customer safety.
Customers should be able to trust that a food establishment is operating responsibly and that employees are properly trained and working under legal and safe conditions. I strongly encourage a review or inspection of this location to ensure compliance with labor and food safety standards.

This used to be the best dunkin in town! The staff was lovely and kind and knew my group of friends by name. Now ownership has changed and it is run by a snooty 17 year old boy who has absolutely no idea what he is doing. When I mentioned my order was wrong he replied back that his father was the owner as if that meant my drink was somehow correct? He was too busy typing on his phone in one hand and making coffee with his other to pay attention to what he was even doing. What a disgraceful business. So disappointed. Everyone do yourself a favor and skip this location over.

Incredible food and coffee! Everything tasted so fresh and the people working were so nice and helpful! This is the best Dunkin’ experience I’ve had. The picture shows the even melt of the cheese without compromising the texture of the muffin. They do it right here! The coffee was perfect and the hash browns had great flavor too.

I have been buying coffee from Dunkin for close to 10 years now. Just this past year I have noticed a huge difference in the coffee. Every time I get an iced coffee either with or without ice the coffee is super watered down. The coffee is not cheap,therefore I would expect a better quality coffee. I guess it’s time to start going to other coffee places and spending the same amount of money on a beverage that is actually going to be worth it.

Stopped by for donuts and mocha iced coffees. Everyone in our family that had the mocha drinks had uncontrollable vomiting. I tried to call and let them know but every call went to a full inbox. Highly recommend avoiding this location.

Sometimes this Dunkin is ok, but very often it is not. I have a garlic allergy, and they frequently substitute things I’ve ordered for things I’m allergic to or include things I didn’t ask for that I am allergic to. I really don’t think they should be allowed to make substitutions without asking the person who ordered, even with mobile orders. It is very disappointing and frustrating. After today’s incident I’m probably not going back to this location.

I asked for the sweet black pepper bacon breakfast sandwich to be made with a plain bagel and not a croissant, well guess what it was made with a croissant. Also it’s burnt ♀️scheduled it to be picked up at 2:15 and when I arrived at 2:15 it was not ready and it wasn’t ready for a couple of minutes

If I could give half a star I would, if u have only went through the drive thru at this location beware. The inside of this place is disgusting . Tables with stains and food, had to clean a spot to sit. Floors looked like they had never been swept or mopped. The guy behind counter kept touching all the donuts, moving the old to the front. This in between touching money and orders. Ordered a bacon bagel sandwich and it was like rubber because they cooked it in microwave. Watched guy cooking touch his face and nose than just wipe his hands on shirt. He just kept on working. Guys rotating between window, cooking, & register while not washing hands at all. I will Never go to this location again…so dirty.
