Very much a family business vibe, which I love. The sweet lady who took my order and my smoothie was so kind. The smoothie I got was delicious and you can tell it’s made with raw, real ingredients, not syrups. And it’s right next to my gym! Will be back! Can’t wait to try everything else they have to offer!

They have smoothies, fresh pressed juices, yogurt parfaits, and Jamaica Patties. Each one of us tried each one or the other of all those things. Everything was fresh and delicious
They also serve dinner, such as jerk chicken. They are just starting out, so they don’t have a website, but feel free to give them a call for that days menu for different foods.
You can always count on Smoothies, Cold Press juices, Yogurt Parfaits, and Jamaican Patty’s. I recommend the veggie and the Jerk Chicken ones. The Beef ones were awesome as well!

This is the best chicken I’ve ever had from a restaurant! I got the jerk chicken with rice and peas and it is amazing, but definitely makes me realize I gotta build my spice tolerance some more! Lol

First of all , the workers there are the sweetest people I’ve ever met . Second of all , RUNNNN to their restaurant to try their Rasta Pasta . Their smoothies are also . Yes,they are a little pricey,but you get more than what you pay for imo ♀️

It was overpriced for a regular cup of smoothie that is half the size of a regular small drink you would normally get. I also was upset that the lady told me the veggie empanadas were vegan and had no meat or cheese yet I bit into it and it had chicken and cheese… I am vegan and I will never go there again bc of this. it’s sad because I wanted to support this business.

I always traveled to the nearest city for my Oxtails and curried goat until this lovely little place opened up and I promise I won’t be making those trips anymore by far the cleanest and best Jamaican places I’ve ever been to. Fruit and veggies are always FRESH and tasty. Curried goat AND Oxtails are to die for 1000% recommend a must try. The lady that runs the place is extremely nice and has an extremely kind and bubbly personality. I recommend take out only because it’s a newer place and she’s still trying the place together so there’s not much room to sit. Still gave 5 star atmosphere because she deserves it. Thank you for coming to brockport Flow Of Life Juice Bar!!!
