I ordered the Margherita Pizza with tomato and basil pesto. What I got and what the picture looks like are two different things. I also ordered boneless wings with 4 additional sauces for them and only got 2. I had it delivered so I was pissed I had to go out and take it back for a refund. They offered to remake it and re-deliver, but it was pitiful looking anyway. I didn’t want a round two. I took the whole Pizza back to them. I was told it looked like the picture except the basil pesto was missing. I’m not sure what picture they were looking at, but it wasn’t the one they advertise on the app. The lady told me it was the kid’s first week who made my pizza. My bad for assuming the cook can follow the pictures. They did give me a refund, and my extra sauces that I paid for, but I won’t be ordering from there again…EVER. I guess it’s my fault for trusting others to prepare my food, and to prepare it correctly. Lesson learned.

Tonight I was reminded why I quit going to this particular Pizza Hut! Ordered 2 pizzas, cheesesticks, and a pepsi but didn’t receive our drink, pizza and cheesesticks were burnt per usual, and one of the pizzas was entirely wrong!

We ordered a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon and black olives but received it without the buffalo chicken when I called to let them know about the mistake they told me that I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza without the chicken okaaaaay!!!!! Anyway needless to say they will not be getting anymore of our business.also when I got there to get my order the employee was sitting in their car I must have woke them up I think the best way to handle it would have been I’m sorry may I fix your order please but that’s the generation we live in now sad sad sad.

Very bad customer service! I ordered online and then realized I made a mistake and called the store less than two minutes later and they refused to allow me to change my order. I would’ve paid the difference if needed but they didn’t even give me the option. You get better service at McDonald’s in Woodruff and that’s saying a lot!

We live in Woodruff so we love ordering from here. The pizza is delicious everytime we order. The delivery is always right on time. Must say, Saturday night pizza was amazing this weekend 3/29/25.

I’m not sure how else to describe my experience with this specific location other than wonderful! The first order here was a pick up order a couple months ago and the staff that was working (a woman, and a man with an impressive beard) were the friendliness people I’ve ever had the chance to me. Today I ordered my favorite pizza (backyard barbecue) through door dash just moments after the location opened for the day. I was worried that my food would be made hastily and without care In order to prepare for the business day. However I was overly shocked by the high quality of the pizza and cheese bread. This was the ideal blend of all ingredients and baked to perfection. Additionally from the time it took to place my order to the time it arrived at my doorstep was incredibly fast (about 18 minutes). In teams of prices it my be unsettling to some for now, but I believe it was a fair and reasonable price given the current historical economic changes we are going through. I have never given complements or concerns regarding food before now but I can honestly say that the pizza I just had from this Pizza Hut in Woodruff SC, is better then I’ve had at any other locations, it was remarkable, and truly the best pizza I’ve ever had. I hope that someone with the chain will see this and commend the individuals responsible for this gourmet food.

The food was quick and delicious. The staff was friendly and sweet. The tree was decorated cute, and the bathrooms were clean. There was only one table to eat at and it was dirty, but we cleaned it and it was fine. This is definitely a grab and go kind of location.
