This is technically an update.. I was here about q year or so ago and wasn’t very impressed but this time around… the asada was actually pretty good, they charred the meat a lil and I love that..the al pastor was good but just like the asada it was a bit bland.
The green sauce is pretty mild.
Not a bad experience but not blown away either

One of the best mexican food trucks I been to, and possibly one of the best food options in this area. Chorizo and asada mulitas were amazing, I got side of fries but next time I skip that and get tacos instead with mulitas.

Some of the very best tacos I’ve had in the Seattle area — all the meats are perfect, the tortillas are dialed, and make sure to get the grilled jalapeños and habanero hot sauce. I’ve been a few times and they are very consistent!

Rating 3.5, hoping you could drag the rating to five stars. I ordered three tacos with lengua and campechano, a fajita plate with lengua, along with a breakfast burrito with chorizo. The tacos had shredded meat, and while the taste was good, the meat portion was lacking. I believe that Mexican food should have lots of meat in dishes. For a different experience and a direct comparison, consider visiting another taco truck in town called La Chingona Taqueria, where they generously pour meats onto tacos for their customers.
Enough parking is a great advantage, and the cozy location with some shade adds to the plus side. I would definitely consider returning if they could be more generous with the meat portions in the tacos.

Absolutely the best place for Mexican food in the entire Seattle area. We first found Los Tetillas in 2018 and have been going since. Aside from the wonderful service and amazing food, what makes this taco truck unique is that they have vegetarian chorizo, made of tofu. This allows vegetarians to get almost anything on the menu, rather than just a veggie option or a plain burrito. I’ve tried a lot of different items, but my favorites by far are the sopes and the quesadilla plate. The food is incredibly flavorful, the portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend Los Tetillas enough, it’s a must visit if you’re in the area. Rogelio and his family are so sweet and their food is unbeatable.

Best taco truck I’ve ever had. Great service as there was no language barrier with the employee taking my order. A nice little pager to let me know when my food was ready. Overall this taco truck is better than any other I’ve ever been to. Food tastes amazing. I’ll definitely be back for more tacos here!

I visited Taqueria Los Tetillas on a nice Friday afternoon after the normal lunch hour. There wasn’t really a line and I had called in my order to be picked up. The taqueria truck is between an Arco and a Pizza Hut and there are an ample amount of spaces nearby. They also have also implemented all of the necessary precautions to prevent any spread of COVID-19 with cones marking where to stand and everyone wearing masks. Since I ended up ordering the crazy breakfast burrito, breakfast torta, and several adobada, carnitas, campechano, and pollo tacos. Everything was delicious, I especially enjoyed the breakfast burrito and tortas. The gooey cheese enveloped the flavorful chorizo and eggs in the torta creating a really satisfying sandwich. The breakfast burrito was also really great with the mix of meats, cheese, and the most distinctive part for me being the French fries. It brought me back to San Diego. I recommend Taqueria Los Tetillas wholeheartedly. I am not in the area very often, but when I am will make a point to stop on by.

First time here. They are kind of hidden in a parking lot off the main road. Service was great and friendly. Food was solid. Tacos de lengua had good flavor. Meat was diced in smaller chunks and cooked kind of crispy which was a first for me. The plate came with rice and beans. The salsa verde was delish. Horchata was just ok but still good. Stop by if you can find them.

The lengua tacos were okay. They had plenty of meat but the medium salsa didn’t really add much flavor. The biggest issue was that I had to wait about 30 mins for five tacos.
