First time here, and it is such a cute little place! I loved the screened porch!! I got a caramel monkey drink(10/10), cinnamon roll(10/10), and a bagel with cream cheese (10/10). Everything about the place is great! Reasonable prices!

I was really disappointed by my experience here. I’ve visited this cafe before and always enjoyed it, so I know how the food usually tastes. This time, however, I ordered a bagel that was hard and stale inside — almost like it had been overheated, though I was told it was toasted. I took only a bite. When I mentioned it, the barista dismissed my concern and refused a refund, saying I was being unfair and just wanted free food. That was offending. Later I learned she’s the owner’s daughter, which made the situation even more surprising. She eventually after lots of drama gave me two drink vouchers, but the whole interaction was uncomfortable. I hope the cafe takes this as constructive feedback to improve customer service.

UPDATE 1: After posting my original review, the cafe publicly refunded my order but also stated that I am no longer welcome. I was surprised and disappointed by that response, as my review was factual and respectful. I believe customers should be able to share honest feedback without being banned. I’ve reached out to the library administration since the cafe operates within a public building, and hope this matter is handled fairly for all patrons.

Update 2: Following my honest review, a friend of the cafe posted false statements insulting me and claiming to be an eyewitness to the situation, which is untrue. The cafe’s official account endorsed that comment with more personal insults. I am documenting this for transparency and have reported it to the proper authorities.

Aseel, no one was there when she gave us the vouchers. I asked the library for a camera footage release of the incident. We’ll then see who was really there and what was really said and how “uncivil” I was.

I normally don’t post reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience because it was deeply disappointing and unprofessional.

I visited this cafe with my friend Noha. We had been there before and usually enjoyed it, but this time was completely different. My bagel was hard, rubbery, and nearly impossible to chew. When my friend mentioned it to the barista (who we later learned is the owner’s daughter), she responded dismissively and refused to replace or refund it. Instead of handling it with basic courtesy, she accused us of trying to get free food — which was offensive and completely uncalled for.

After some back and forth, she reluctantly gave us two drink vouchers — when NO other customers were even around at that moment. The entire situation left us feeling uncomfortable.

Following my friend’s review, the cafe’s public response was to ban her from returning, and then they endorsed another customer’s false story — from someone who claimed to be an eyewitness — that insulted us personally.

It’s disappointing to see a local business react to honest feedback with hostility instead of professionalism. All customers — regardless of appearance or background — deserve to be treated with fairness and respect.

Sadly, this experience has changed how I feel about the cafe, and I don’t see myself coming back.

I like that this cafe is located in the public library. What a great option to have while browsing books. It is not accessible from outdoors – need to enter the library and go to 2nd floor.
There was limited cafe seating unless one wants to sit out on in the library or the weather is nice enough to go on the patio.
Staff members were very quite and it made it difficult to hear when our order was ready.

I was present during the encounter that Nora mentioned in her negative review. I personally witnessed her complain and all of the “drama” was very one sided. The owner’s daughter calmly explained that she did not have access to issue refunds and that the owner would need to override it. She offered two drink vouchers and invited Nora to wait. Despite this, Nora yelled at her, made degrading comments, and continued to be rude. Throughout the situation, the barista remained calm and professional. She asked Nora to leave multiple times once she started to yell and degrade this young women but due to a lack of security she was stuck with her. This emotionally unregulated adult kept telling her that she was lying about having to wait to receive a refund as she tried to serve me. Overall this is such a cute coffee shop but it is a shame the library staff does not do more to protect the amazing baristas from people who haven’t been taught how to have civil conversations.

I stopped by one day to get a little breakfast and coffee before doing some work at the library and was blown away! The barista was welcoming and gave me a good recommendation for what to order. The coffee was perfection. Latitude has since become a regular stop for me during the week. Now, the barista sees me walking in and begins preparing my “usual”

Neat place tucked into the local library. Super fun concept to sip & read. Big fan on the 3 season room attached with lots of fresh air and light. Reasonably priced too!

We are so lucky to have Latitude supporting our library! Did you know that they have a beautiful patio/balcony and that 10% of sales is donated back to the library?? Check it out next time you’re looking for a great place to work or study!

Stopped in today for the first time. Tried to order a beverage but girl behind the counter just ignored me. Didn’t say hi, didn’t say I’ll be right with you, looked at me twice and smiled with air pods in her ears and went on her way wiping counters and cooking a single bagel sandwich. After 7 minutes of standing by the order counter I left. Absolutely terrible, I’ll stop at Starbucks before I ever try here again.
