Arrived and placed two orders, 1st a plate with 2 entree and 1 side, 2nd a plate with 3 entree and 1 side.
Told immediately that the side would be a 2-5 minute wait, then saw as staff moved our plates to an adjacent table out of the way to serve other guests without filling any of the items in our orders, 25 minutes later the side becomes available and we are told it would be an additional 10-15 minutes for the entrees as they ran out of the remaining items in our orders while waiting on the side dish.
This is a result of poor training and poor management of responsibilities.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with this experience as in the past there once was good service here, unfortunately as wages have not increased with inflation, so to has service quality dropped off a cliff.

Waited for over an hour past the pick up time on my online order. The staff had no idea what was going on and told us that the computer is overwhelmed. Finally, after finding somebody who knew what they were doing I asked him and he said no problem. Will be in five minutes, 25 minutes later finally got our order. First and last time and honestly, the food was not that great.

We were told 2 mins for the lo mein . It was 20 minutes later we asked for any updates. Even though they had the product they continued to serve other guests instead of ensuring we who waited first- could get our food. We were told we’d get our food after an entree that they now were waiting on would come out. But it was written wrong so we were waiting all the additional time for an error, while my fiance never got his entree he paid for.
