Absolutely delicious food and stunning mountain views at Château Morrisette! The service was excellent—friendly and attentive. The salmon was incredibly fresh, the chicken was perfectly tender, and the cheese board was fantastic.
We had a great view of Buffalo Mountain from our table, which made the experience even more special. After dinner, we walked around the winery and soaked in the beautiful scenery. Even though it was a cloudy day, it was still gorgeous—I’d love to come back on a clear evening to catch the sunset. Highly recommend visiting Château Morrisette for a relaxing and memorable outing!

This restaurant is the perfect pairing after spending a day at the winery next door. We were able to walk in despite not having a reservation but I would highly suggest reservations in the future. We ordered a charcuterie board to snack on and then my main course was the chicken with pasta. The flavors were lovely and the portions were large. Saw many couples and this would be a great place for a nice date night. We also enjoyed our visit from the head pup checking in on everyone’s meals. He really roams everywhere about the winery almost feels like a employee with a job to do.

My wife and I went up to the winery and restaurant after church for a Sunday lunch. The food was to die for. Just first class. A real chef, not a cook prepared these meals. We enjoyed a glass of refreshing white wine, a sophisticated wedge salad, Maryland crab cakes, and brisquet. The brisket was the best and most tender I have ever had. The views were spectacular. I think we have a new favorite resturant. Kudos to Chef Oshie and his team

Beautiful winery! We ate at the restaurant for our Anniversary. The food was delicious! We tried 2 wines, Sweet Mountain Laurel and Our Dog Blue. Both were white wines. The SML is a sweet wine and ODB is less sweet. Both were delicious! We will definitely go back!

As a retired multi-restaurant owner, i can tell you that THIS restaurant is a diamond in the mountains. As soon as you walk in, the establishment and views just take your breath away! The menu, the service, and the customer care is nothing less than warm and elite. Chris was our waiter, but he acted more like a host at a 5-star resort. I should know, because my restaurants were in such a place. Grace wasn’t even our waitress, yet always smiled and asked us how things were with our meal. As we finished our meal, the chef (Oshi) came out to see how our lunch was………and it was flawless, literally! This business is run professionally, curtiously, and it’s simply in a class of it’s own. The menu was perfect, just like everything else there. Here’s the bottom line…….if they don’t cook it, you don’t need it! As my friend’s back on my island would say……… fugetaboutit

Visited with a friend for lunch. Excellent wait staff (Eli) and food. We were lucky to have our table in front of fireplace. Lunch was perfect. The stuffed chicken breast was delicious and my friends brisket was also very good. Beautiful atmosphere on a lovely Fall day. Five . Highly recommend lunch and a stroll around grounds.

We got an air bnb nearby for a girls weekend and pretty much stayed at Chateau Morrisette both days haha. Went to the restaurant twice and both times were BLOWN away by the ambiance, food & service. I already can’t wait to go back! The prices are reasonable and the service is out of this world. I highly recommend you visit this restaurant and winery!!

Had a wonderful evening here. Nice atmosphere sitting outside watching the sun go down. Great service by Grace, a wonderful meal and a card that helped us celebrate our special evening together.

The only reason I leave a three for atmosphere is due to the playlist, and it needs work! Eli, our server, was incredible!! He led us perfectly from the first glass of wine to the last bite of dessert. We enjoyed ourselves with the Fried Brussel Sprouts, Wedge Salad, and Caesar. Then sharing the perfect medium-rare Ribeye and red wine, followed by a decadent chocolate soufflé.
I think more creative control needs to fall on the employees who work there. I would like to suggest that this begins with the restaurant’s playlist. Not to say it was awful, but a 3-star rating is generous. As I began to cut into the wedge salad, the instrumental version of Barbie Girl began to play. It was very difficult to focus on any conversation. The playlist continued to be very distracting, repetitive, and ultimately pull myself and my dining companion out of the moment. This felt like a curated playlist for a nail salon and not an upscale restaurant and winery.
I know this might be an innocuous review, but with all the wonderful details that make the atmosphere feel cozy, the playlist did rob us of a 5-star experience.
All in all, I would recommend my friends and family to this establishment (amazing food and staff), although with a warning that the music is jarring, disorienting, and lame.
