This is by far 1 of the best Taco Bells I have been to. Came by to this location for the first time and I must say that the service is excellent the cleaness of this location is excellent and the food is excellent. I really love how this location is really feeling the holiday spirit.

I’ve never been so disappointed with my Taco Bell experience.. & that’s saying a lot considering how many times my order’s been wrong. lol this is what I ordered this time.. had I known that I’d get cold, stale fries & these overcooked, freezer burnt flavored “chicken” balls, I’d have not even bothered stopping at all. In this economy, when people like myself are working OT week after week, yet still have to over draft their account just to pay for a $6 lunch, receiving this low of quality in service is just.. idk, really damn mean. Only meal of the day & I can’t even force myself to eat it. Can’t turn around to go have it remade bc I’m on the clock driving & I was only passing through the area. So…I’ll just write this review while I pretend that I’m not super hungry. lol Do better Taco Bell.

Walked in and was ready to order waited a few minutes and asked can someone please take my order and someone came over and told me they are no longer taking orders due to there new policy and for me to do it my self,, when asked where is the policy posted he laughed and walked off,,,, so I walked out!! This location is near my job and has always made my food right. There are two locations near my home and Klien High School that I will not go to again. They always do a terrible job. Last time I was there on Loetta, I brought my Crunchwrap back to the counter because I didn’t see any meat on it. The worker pointed to a tiny piece of ground meat that I didn’t see because it was mostly hidden under a piece of lettuce. She was completely satisfied that they had done a good job…
