Great place to nab any type of food any time of the day. Located inside Oceans edge, which made it convenient to get to for any part of the day. I felt service was on point. Look if they are short staffed, that is on them, not to take it out on the server. They did the best they can, and they hit is spot on always polite and kind. Worth the visit!!

We went to this restaurant for Thanksgiving at noon and we sit outside (we had a dog). It was raining and they push us to the outside and went I sit down I was all wet. I decide not to say anything and brushed off. We felt a little weird since the begging as service was not bad but they were no good either. Was a strange all over interaction. So we order food and when the coconut shrimp appetizer came, after the first bite we found a long hair stuck in the fried batter of on of them. I decide to inspect the other ones and we found 2 more with hair stuck!!! We felt disgusted by the quality and talk to the sever and told her that this is not what we expect and to cancel all our order. She didn’t even call the manger or knew how to deal with the situation, I guess she was just embarrassed but it ways. I would no recommend this place at all.

This is a great option for breakfast/lunch/dinner for hotel guests. The food was great! I had the shrimp tacos which came with a delicious salsa and a side of rice and beans that were seasoned well too. My wife had the chicken sandwich and loved it too. So no complaints on the food, decently priced too for being a hotel restaurant. Yes, gratuity is included, but the service was great so no complaints there either.
The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars, was the state of the table we sat at. There was old food within the crevices of the table that had clearly been there for a while. This may have been an edge case for the establishment, but for a first-time customer that speaks volumes to the cleanliness of the restaurant. It was a little disappointing to see that at a place with great potential.

Today, 12/04/25 at 9:00 AM, our server Jose asked us what the breakfast ticket was for. He then asked my boyfriend what drink he wanted. I was still looking at the menu and needed one more minute to decide. Instead of waiting, Jose seemed annoyed and walked away without taking my drink order—he only took my partner’s.
About 10 minutes later, he brought over salt and pepper and threw them onto our table. When he returned to take our food order, he appeared unhappy to be serving us and rushed through everything, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.
We were very disappointed with the breakfast service today. His attitude felt unprofessional and unkind.

Great option for resort guests serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our breakfast meals were phenomenal. The heuvos rancheros and steak and eggs were fresh and large portions. The dinner was overpriced in my opinion. Sadly, the calamari was flavorless and the key lime pie was definitely recently frozen. The whole snapper tasted great yet was slightly over cooked. We really liked the wine and cocktail list. The service is immpecable all day. Patio seating is covered with fans and palm trees. There is a mechanical wheelchair lift for ADA access from the patio and ground floor to level 2 (restaurant) although the entryway is fully ramped and the front door does not have a step. I thought this was thoughtful and inclusive.

We have enjoyed breakfast here at the Yellowfin twice. Andrei and Jean were more than attentive and professional making sure that our visit was five stars. While we are still getting used to slowing down from our fast-paced experiences back at home, Andrei was there when we needed him….checking in at the right times and not when we had bites in our mouths. That speaks to someone who understands service. Tremendous time at the resort, and will be back again soon.

The food and service were top notch. Alex was an incredible server, he had excellent recommendations and provided a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We loved it so much we ate there multiple times during our stay! Special thanks to Javi the manager as well. We had an excellent experience! Highly recommend.

Honestly, the food here was good, but I’d skip in general because the daytime bartender is wildly unprofessional. We stopped during a boat trip for a quick drink and the bar was opening in 10 minutes so we ordered from the breakfast area. He then said when we were back for our lunch he’d be open and bring drinks to the patio. While lunch was good, on our way out, a woman in our party overheard the bartender complaining about our party to all the other guests. Basically a hospitality faux pas given this restaurant is also attached to a resort and the bartender’s attitude could reflect poorly on the overall resort. He definitely brought the vibes down both times we were in the restaurant.
