It is Valentine’s Day and we went on a date to Hamiltons, we ordered medium rare and medium for our steaks, they came out rare and RAW we then had to send the steaks back twice and they still were not cooked right. The manager said that is how they serve medium rare, just because that’s how “you” serve it does not mean that it is right. You can look up the different steak preferences and what we got was not even categorized. He then could not eat the steak because it was gross, we are feeding the steak to our DOGS so it does not get wasted because it’s expensive. Our server was very respectful and understanding that what we got was wrong, the manager not so much, we will not be coming back. The pictures I have shown are AFTER the steak came back twice and had been “cooked” for a little bit longer.

I was super excited to try this steakhouse. Mom and I pulled up, plenty of parking and the restaurant was cute. The hostess was very pleasant and our waitress was quick, responsive and friendly. The challenge was my mother had shrimp scampi (waitress recommended) and the shrimp looked under cooked. Our waitress agreed to take them back to have them cooked some more (I thought this was a health/contamination hazard but they did it anyway.) Shrimp came back looking the same but mom said they were edible this time. The manager came out to explain it’s cooked over butter and not grilled…yet we know uncooked shrimp. My mom ate her salad and left the scampi. I had the aged pork chop, Gouda Mac and cheese with a Caesar salad. Pork and Mac was under seasoned and literally tasted like nothing. I was hungry so I added salt and ate it. I’m not going to lie, I was so underwhelmed after being excited to try this place. The staff were so nice that maybe I’d go back but sit at the bar and only have appetizers.

Hubby and I went for an early valentine’s dinner, and absolutely loved our experience here. The ambience is so our vibe, understated yet well appointed, and romantic with the low light. The bread service is well worth it, really nice, tasty little roll/loaf with whipped butter. The drinks were excellent as well, tasty and healthy pours. We shared the wedge salad first, and then came out our entrees. Hubby had a filet, with Mac n’ cheese, green beans and a crab cake on the side. I had the ribeye, loaded baked potato, and crab cake. All were excellent, but the steaks were some of the best we’ve had in a long time! Absolute fire, and we will definitely be frequenting here from now on!

Went to try something new, we live about an hour away. Totally worth the drive! The food was exceptional, and great service. My wife had the filet and I had the beef wellington. Very impressed! We also tried the bread pudding for dessert and it was fantastic as well. We will 100% be coming back again!

4.5 ⭐️ I ate at Hamiltons tonight, and it was an absolutely delicious experience. The steak was cooked perfectly. tender, flavorful, and truly one of the best I’ve had in a while. The loaded mashed potatoes were just as impressive, rich and creamy with all the right toppings.
If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to serve the dishes on heated plates. With food this good, a warm plate would elevate the experience even further and keep everything at the perfect temperature.
Overall, Hamiltons delivered a fantastic meal, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to Hamilton’s a few times now and here are my thoughts:
– Every time I go, the service is always GREAT! Christy served me and my 2 brothers yesterday, and we never had to ask for refills on drinks or anything. She also had a very positive attitude, which says a lot in the service industry.
– While the food has been good every time I go, I can’t help but notice the steaks are not cooked enough to meet my specified order. I usually get medium rare… it comes out on the plate a step above rare. Make sure you order yours a little more done than you’d like it so that you don’t need to send it back. That is my only complaint–the sides and everything else are scrumptious.
– I also appreciate that the atmosphere is always very relaxed there. You can eat a good meal but also enjoy the company of those you’re with.

This was our first time having dinner here. Overall, dinner was delicious (NY Strip steak and Shrimp Scampi) and the service was very good. Steak was cooked perfectly, mashed potatoes were wonderful. We also had shrimp cocktail as an appetizer and that also was great. The only complaint we have is…our daughter ordered the $11 slice of carrot cake for dessert. It was a very small piece….for $11 frankly we expected something a bit more substantial. Also, the cake was dry. If you’re going to charge $11 for one slice of cake, not only should it be an impressive slice, but it should also be out of this world. We will go back but avoid dessert.

Hamilton’s Steakhouse never disappoints! Becca and Maddie are truly the best, they always make you feel welcome and taken care of. Tonight I tried the new Chicken Parmesan with angel hair pasta and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and even better service!

Took my wife here for our anniversary. Best steak I’ve had in years. Mac n cheese is amazing as well. Wet nice evening. Low light setting and quiet. Service was amazing. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would.

Good food and service. Absolutely disliked The Hamilton Old Fashioned. I was made a different drink( original old fashioned). Wouldn’t take the first drink back. I thought that rather odd. Just make sure you like what they serve. Nothing is guaranteed.
