I went to this Starbucks on Sunday because I was in a huge rush. I had thee worst experience a year ago. A manager was super rude to me. BUT…I recently went there and Jesus was so nice to me. I placed my mobile order at the wrong location, and he processed my order anyway. I can’t tell you how much that meant to me. I’ll go back to this location now.

If you were planning on going to the Starbucks during rush hour or while it’s busy, just don’t. The building itself is new, clean and beautiful but the drive-through is the most chaotic and unorganized thing I have ever witnessed following a high school prom or something. There are cars everywhere coming from every direction trying to get in line first. The line moved very slowly. They made my order well with my cheese danish is rather cold. This cup of coffee is going to cost you a solid hour of your life. I guess once you get it in your hands though it’s worth it?

Yesterday, I first time walked in for coffee. Food and location are great. But..the bathroom is so dirty. I haven’t seen a Starbucks bathroom dirty like this at 10am in the morning.

This used to be a favorite Starbucks location for us, but recently, the staff has been consistently rude, bored, and unfriendly…like they can’t be bothered by yet another customer. Service is incredibly slow despite a large number of baristas. We have personally witnessed baristas gossiping inappropriately in front of customers instead of focusing on their work. Hygiene and cleanliness of habits is also very poor at this location. Most recently, we had very negative experiences with Gianna, who was flippant and ignored us so that she could have a long personal conversation on the clock, and Chuy, who was silent at handoff, didn’t make any attempt to be friendly, and literally threw our drinks down without any acknowledgement or word. Drink quality is mediocre at best, and mostly, this location has severely dropped its standards and professionalism. Will not be happy to return.

The best S/b in Naperville both for the location and the building itself. The crew is exceptional as well, super friendly and fast. Just a lil bit chilly in winter days, could use some warm air inside:) all in all.. Highly recommended!
