Food was ok. It wasn’t the payment or food that threw me off. I paid for a water bottle assuming I would get like a name brand water bottle only to be given a Walmart brand water bottle. That I paid for $2.70. Had I known before paying for it I wouldn’t had bought it.

Waited for 5 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged. There were two workers working behind the line speaking in Spanish. Not one time did anyone say anything to me or my wife. There was also a worker sitting down on her phone.

My experience here started off with me waiting 10 minutes for a curbside pick up. Nobody was in there waiting or eating. I did curbside because my daughter was asleep in the car but after 10 minutes of waiting, 2 ladies walked in and I noticed the employee came from the back so I ran in to grab my order. I pulled into a parking lot nearby to continue letting my daughter sleep before a Dr appointment. I got halfway through my cheese fries when I noticed a thick black hair tangled in the cheese. I can’t go back due to the drs appointment and school pick. I’m really disappointed as now I’m too grossed out to even eat my sandwich.

I can’t believe I have walked in this place twice since discovering and the experience has been welcoming. The service, food & drink. The Blueberry lemonade pleasant. The employees seem happy while cooking, I could hear them humming. I’m so use to Zombies ♂️ at other places that just defile the experience. NOT CHARLIE’S!!

Charley’s just opened at this location. After living 8 years in Phillie, I had my first cheesesteak at this location with great expectation. It was very good and true to the Phillie tradition of making these steaks. The roll was soft, the steak was delicious and the onions and provolone made this item well done. An added bonus that you wouldn’t find on a street vendor cart in Philadelphia is nice French fries. Dare I might say: The were McDonalds- like. A large cheese steak was &10.99 without the fries and drink and about $3 more as a combo.

I stopped in to grab a bite on a quick lunch break and the Philly Steak was delicious. Quiet and friendly atmosphere and professional staff. The prices were decent as well. I will definitely go back soon. I gotta try the Chicken Philly next.

I went into a Charlies for the first time and i must say my experience was extrodanry! The cheese stake sandwiches were so good I feelt i was eating one straight from Philadelphia! The manager there was so helpful in making a suggestion on what to try. Consider me a customer for life!
