One woman working behind the counter, she called to us across the pub to ask us what we wanted. I was loading the order in three steps app they have on every table and I was told rather sharply, I’m not to use that for ordering or paying. I said can I at least use it to see what they have? And she left me alone after that. It’s super expensive. The drinks I can understand being a little expensive but they should have some food items cheaper than $16. Only one thing less than $16 and the average food item is $20. The most expensive is the lobster roll for about $44. I ordered a Loaded Pretzel, I didn’t get the cheese sauce that was supposed to come with it, just a honey mustard sauce. They were out of the Sparkling Grapefruit refresher I wanted too. It is one overworked woman, taking orders and cooking.

Jen and John are amazing! Very welcoming, helpful and kind individuals. Next time I’m traveling in the Manchester airport I will most definitely stop to grab a drink or a quick bite.

We just flew in and wanted to get something to eat. My husband and I sat down and I was about to take a picture of the QR code and a lady yells from the bar. “Can I help you?” I said oh I thought I had to order from the QR ? She replies (somewhat annoyed) No you order through me. I said ok can I have a menu and she says the only menu I have is on the board in front. Not a friendly way to greet people. She had a bad attitude and didn’t seem like she wanted us to order, so we left.

Thank goodness they reopened. It’s the only restaurant prior to going through security. If you’re picking up someone it is great to have a place to relax and enjoy a bite or a drink. The breakfast panini was delicious with tater tot type hash browns. Visited again. Yay. I am impressed with Julio. He’s a very busy one man band/Jack of all trades.

Family of 4 arrived at 1:15 pm. Before my wife ( who happens to be African American)could even enter the only person working there asked in a nasty attitude “do you need something”. We overlooked but when went to order ( approximately 5 minutes later) she stated with her nasty attitude ” I’m going on break at 2″ and walked away to a side room. We waited another 3 minutes and she never returned so we left. When you’re spending $100.00 minimum who needs lousy treatment. Im also wondering how long it would have taken to microwave food. We left hungry but other options after security who will take your money with a smile. STAY AWAY!!!

They’re open. Only one person working there… she was nice but clearly overworked. She needs help in there… Breakfast was good. Airport prices though, so be prepared!

Don’t eat here if you want decent food, relatively quick service, and a good customer experience. Had about 30 minutes before flight.assumed that was enough time to at least get two sandwiches, a soup, and a salad… It wasn’t. Asked for a rush… Didnt help. Only about 5 other people in the restaurant at the same time.

For all the negative reviews I read on here and Yelp, it was quiet when I arrived 3p/Thu and packed when I left 4:15p. Chowder is a given, and I tried the lobster role—the latter was cold and a little bland so ask for it warmed up. Washed it all down with a crisp cider! Talked to a weekly traveler that sat down next to me. He said the same: get the chowder and nice to see that service has improved dramatically in the past few months. It is airport food so you’ll easily pay $12-$15 per item.

I had a long wait until my flight home to DC. Linda was fabulous with providing suggestions on the food not to mention the beer selection. Truly enjoyed the Monkey Fist and my time flew – hated to leave!
