I go to this establishment on a regular, I always order ahead (mobile order). But today I was very disappointed, the food quality was bad. They got my wife’s food was wrong and they didn’t put any effort into it. There was basically one strip of bacon. Her loaded hash browns didn’t have bacon on them. My sandwich looked like some sat on it and was shoved in the bag. I am very upset with this service.

Overall this dunking is nice, most of the times I get my food nice and hot. But there’s this African American guy which I believe his the manager that’s rude for no reason, unprofessional, and doesn’t even say hello once you get to the windown, rolls his eyes when you ask for straws or napkins, gets defensive when you ask something. Really man if you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Normally I stop every day to get my morning coffee here. Everyone is nice, and makes the coffe just how I like it, but if you see “the manager” the African American guy with the blue shirt get ready to have your day ruined and your coffe made wrong, he likes to argue about how many sugars and creams you ask in your coffe, because apparently he would go broke if you ask for extras., he’s rude, unprofessional, doesn’t even say hello, and gives you the weirdest face when you ask for napkins, which you are entitled to get them anyways when you purchase food, but he is too lazy to even put them on the bag. Sad dunkin, you need another “manager”

Got 2 teas and 1 snacking bacon, 2 cars in front of us about 10 minutes to order and get to the window, the staff was nice but the snackin bacon was 1/2 cold and crunchy and the other 1/2 dripping grease and partially raw we were 1/2 way home before we realized it was so nasty. Called the store they don’t answer won’t be going back. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS POST IT WAS FOR DUNKIRK AND WILL NOT LET IT BE REMOVED

They never hand out napkins, and never stir their drinks. Most of the time they fill the drinks so full you can’t even take the lid off to stir it without getting it all over your car. The staff is so friendly and they’re very quick, it would just be nice to be able to drink my tea on the go without having to pull over and pour some of it out so I can stir it first.
