The person at the drive thru wanted to charge me double meat just to get rice. I didn’t want fried rice, wanted steamed, couldn’t get it without being charged for a full side (well that’s almost $5 for damn rice). Then he was like…it’s this price if you get this. I had to ask 3 times at the drive thru if he could still hear me, finally he responded. Faood tasted good, but half was very hot and the other half was ice cold. I understand Best Wok is a Great Falls favorite, but I won’t go back.

The ladies that run this place are an absolute staple to Great Falls❤️ for 15+ years they are always sweet and serve me hot & amazing food. Not only is the food amazing but the service is great as well, I’ve never NOT been treated amazing while getting food here. Great food and service can really make someone’s day

This is still the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Best Chinese food in GF and I’ve eaten there since a child. I recommend the general chicken and almond chicken. $8 is great for a plate with noodles/rice and 2 sides

Cafeteria style ordering, similar to Panda Express. They have staples and specials, as well as cooked to order options. The ladies running things speak with thick accents, but more importantly, misheard me. When I caught the mistake, and told her I wanted General Tso’s rather than Teriyaki, she argued with me, insisting I asked for Teriyaki.

The food was mediocre, but filling. It wasn’t bad, but not great. Some of the decorations were nice.

Went through the drive thru, did not receive everything we ordered. Most of the meats ordered were 70% vegetables. Food wasn’t super flavorful.

Everybody in Great Falls talks so highly about this place and honestly. I’m not impressed. I thought the chicken was crazy dry especially considering it was soaking in sauce. The General Tso Chicken was pretty decent but I thought everything else lacked flavor and had to be drowned in Soy Sauce, Hot Mustard, or Sweet and Sour. I’ll try it again and if I’m blown away I’ll change my review but at this point I’m really not impressed nor do I understand what all the fuss is about. However the portion sizes are top notch!

my boyfriend went through the drive thru and got us egg drop soup and wontons. the wontons were alright but the soup had a nice BUG in it! so that tells me the kitchen is filthy with bugs flying around and food UNCOVERED. they gave a replacement (god forbid a refund) but the replacement was prob from the same batch of bug soup. def not going back to this place

I had heard about this place from coworkers and decided to try it out on a whim. I purchased one of their specials (#7 almond chicken, rice and an egg roll) keeping in mind that my son Loves egg rolls.
He ate it in the car before I could take the picture but it was good sized in comparison to other places I’ve been. The vegetables inside of the egg roll, however, were under done. The portion sizes of the rice and chicken were small and made to look larger by the use of these particular tapered styrofoam trays that have ample space between sections (an illusion tactic commonly used in late 80’s/early 90’s culinary photography). The chicken was a little dry but, honestly, the flavor overall was great.
Customer service was just okay.
Fairly overpriced. I paid $7.95 when, at most, it should be $5.99 with no beverage.
