I ordered delivery and my food arrived cold, like someone just took it out of the fridge. Really disappointed. I can’t blame the Uber Eats driver because Legend is only about a mile from my apartment, and the pizza was sitting in my lobby for less than ten minutes; there’s no way it could have gotten that cold so fast, unless it was cold to begin with.

What an amazing customer service experience!! I mistakenly ordered my pizza and garlic knots dinner with the Hamden location (I had meant to order from the Shelton location). When I arrived at the Shelton location for pick-up and realized my error, I immediately called the Hamden location to pay for my food and let them know they could give it away to someone since I wouldn’t be able to pick it up, they told me not to worry about it and that I didn’t need to pay anything. This kind of kindness is RARE these days. THANK YOU, SAL!!!!! I plan to visit your location in person sometime with my family. Your kindness and understanding was truly, truly, truly, truly appreciated.

Save your money! They honestly have the worst calamari, garlic bread, and pizza. What they give you for what you spend is hilarious. This calamari cost me $11 and I’m so disappointed.
