Ordered Papa John’s in Albuquerque and the delivery was fast. Pizza showed up hot and tasted good, exactly what you want. The delivery driver was really friendly, which I appreciated. Only small downside is I wish they’d include an extra garlic sauce and pepperoncini with a large pizza. Other than that, solid experience and I’d order again.

I placed a large order for my team at Target, and the experience with Papa John’s was outstanding! After placing the order, I called Tim, the store manager, who personally walked me through the details to confirm everything. Even with short notice, he assured me the order would be fulfilled and he delivered on that promise. The next day, Tim called to double-check one of the delivery times because something didn’t look right. It turned out to be my mistake, and thanks to his attention to detail, it was corrected before the pizzas went out. That level of care really impressed me. Ryan handled all four deliveries, and he was fantastic, on time, communicative, and easy to work with. He even helped me load the pizzas into a cart, made sure we had plenty of napkins, and was personable throughout. The food arrived steaming hot, and you could tell the entire team cared about making this a great experience. From Tim confirming the order to Ryan delivering on one of the busiest shopping Saturdays of the year, and everyone behind the scenes, thank you! From my team at Target, we truly appreciate your effort and professionalism.

Very bad experience. Even though the pizza is quite tasty, the staff were in a really bad shape. Most of them did not follow basic hygiene standards, there were skateboards and electric scooters in the kitchen area, no one was wearing gloves and there was a general sense of sloppiness for a pizza restaurant. I am not an American and I had high expectations for the famous Papa John’s pizza, but I was disappointed.

I ordered the UFO Flying Saucer Pizza Special which I upgraded to an Extra Large Original Pepperoni & Green Chiles Pizza and Green Chille Cheesesticks. The order came fast for a Friday night and the food was tasty. The delivery driver was very friendly, but there was no Green Chilles on my Cheesesticks.

First The driver brought me the wrong soda and told me that’s what I ordered when I got back in the house. I looked and I did in fact order diet. Then I opened the box of pizzas and they look like he ran them over or something. They were horrible I spent over $40 $50 including tip, I am very unhappy

Waited longer than expected for my order. The nice young lady gave me a 2 liter for the wait. Got home and the pizza was missing cheese because of a bubble I guess. I called and the same nice young lady gave me a “Quality Guarantee”. At least no one was rude to me when I called to complain

Perhaps it’s karma for being lazy and ordering delivery, but my black olive pizza sure had a lot of pepperoni and not many (i.e. zero) olives…
Not the delivery driver’s fault, as the label on the boy was correct (see pictures). Delivery estimate was inaccurate but the driver was friendly. But I wouldn’t order from this location again.

Poor attention to detail, of the packets paid for and annotated, only seasoning received. Pizza not cut all the way through. Wings had a drizzle of sauce. None a big deal alone, all three made for a disappointing meal.

The pizza is passable and the delivery is quick enough. I definitely prefer papa John’s to other chains, that is not saying much though. The sides and deserts are fine tasting and the soda is fairly priced. If pizza delivery is your only option, papa John’s is the lesser of the evils and I suppose I reccomend it
