I used to eat here occasionally. It’s gone downhill to the point today they said they don’t have any buns to make burgers. Why exactly are you even open then? A burger joint with no buns to make burgers . Good job manager. This location needs to be inspected, audited, and possibly closed.

There are a couple really good people working there. The day I went in there. I normally don’t go too fast food. Joints anymore. But I had a handkering and went in, and they took care of me it was fast. It was friendly. The food was decent.The price sucks, though everything was super expensive.For me to have two burgers, two fries, and an onion ring was thirty three dollars

good luck. sat at drive thru for 5 min’s, nothing, drove up to window thinking it was broke. got told ” you have to wait till i call ya” while tapping the headset. and i should know that how? gave up, went someplace else. so, good luck.

The ceiling had mold on it where possibly the ac was dripping water. We didn’t notice how bad it was until we had finished our lunch. It looked like it had been broken for quite some time. Other than that, staff was professional, and food was fresh.

Was there after work on Thursday July 3rd. Ordered 4 Bacon Doubles, 3 Rodeo Burgers, 2 Large Fries. Hungry after work just trying to grab something, you expect what you order. Got halfway to Interlachen after snacking on fries, since they suck cold, and ready to tear into my burgers, when the wife tells me there’s only bacon doubles in here. No rodeo burgers. So, the decision to turn around, delaying getting home, or writing it off is what I was left with. 7 dollars wasn’t worth turning around, so I didn’t. I stopped at another BK, bought my wife her rodeo burgers, and decided to leave a review. Crappy service, no checking order or just too lazy to drop some onion rings. Either way, this was my final visit to this BK. Never again.

We have pretty much given up on BK all together but after several years of not having it, and then passing through this area from St. Augustine, we decided to give it a try. Well I’m impressed to say the least. I’m unaware of what the problem is with others reviewers but we were very happy with our visit today around 8:30pm at this Burger King. The ladies were accommodating, respectful and extremely nice. They were quick and the food was seriously AMAZING. We aren’t a super picky family and rarely eat fast food but we definitely have a standard on what we expect when dining out at a fast food restaurant. Everything was neat, well seasoned, and not greasy in the least. If this were my establishment I would be happy to have these two ladies that were working this evening in the drive thru for my business. Great job ladies!

I don’t understand how this location is still open. I went through the drive thru and the lady initially started taking my order. Then stopped and told me to wait a minute. I waited atleast 7-8 minutes before she started whispering in the mic to the point I couldn’t hear anything but a voice, but when she was taking my order before she had to stop I could hear her perfect? Anyways…I drive to the window because I can’t hear her and all I get is eye rolls like I’m bothering her. And the manager is walking around in the background. I will say when I drove around they had ONE car in front he window getting food. Is it that hard with multiple employees in the building to work on one order while maintaining somewhat of a professional environment.
