This place will be a once a week stop from now on. First off the fish fell apart while eating and the fries were perfectly salted. Both were cooked to perfection and taste was off the chain. The tartar sauce was dank and went perfectly with the fish; the ketchup went perfect with the fries. Thanks for the new experience ill Definitely be coming back. I forgot to take pictures it was so good.

Simon’s clam chowder is amazing! It’s New Year’s Day and raining, we wanted some clam chowder and tried Simon’s and we are so glad! The chowder is thick and creamy with an excellent flavor! We can’t wait to try his other menu items! Simon was sweet and his place is cute, very clean and cozy. I’m sorry I didn’t get a picture! We enjoyed it too fast!
His service is nice, he taped up the quart container and stapled the container in the bag so it was nice and secure.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I was so excited to try tis place!! When I walked in it was a ghost town, very dirty and run down. The older guy finally came out after 2 or 3 minutes. His attitude was very rude! He said my order would be 7 minutes it was more like 15 for 1 peice of fish and 3 shrimp and a very small portion of frys (I counted 9 small frys and a few smaller bits). The price was way to high for the amount of food you get! The fish batter was very bland and soggy it fell right off the fish. The cocktail Sauce and ketchup were almost a reddish brown color and tasted old. I also ordered clams but apparently the guy didn’t ring them up, when I went back in to address it, he yelled at me and I just said ok and walked back to my car to get my wallet. He then followed me to my car with the receipt in hand, still yelling that he didn’t ring it up!! Im like at this point i don’t even want them anymore. Bad attitude, Very rude, horrible food & food cost WAY to high NEVER AGAIN!! Save your money!

This is by far the Best Fish n Chips around! Always fresh never greasy and very tasty!! We ordered a family pack so that we could also enjoy some tomorrow so the amazing owner fried the rest of our order right before we left so that it would still be crispy:) I wish I could advertise for this place because this man really knows what he’s doing and all of his doshes are amazing!

I was so excited to try this place! But I must say I was very disappointed in the meal. $21 for 3 pieces of fish and a small handful of fries. The fish had no flavor at all, the batter was very bland and so was the tarter sauce. The fries were also flavorless and a very small amount was given. My husband wasn’t even able to finish 1 piece of fish due to it having no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. On a positive note, it is made to order fresh, it was about a 10-15 minute wait. We probably won’t be back, but hope if we do, there will be at least a sprinkle of salt added to the fish batter.

By far one of the better restaurants and meals I have had since arriving in Hemet. I have had fish n chips in many places, and Simon’s is top 5 in my book. Treat yourself soon!!

Food is great when they make the the fish crispy light gives you large pieces and then when you get to the french fries gives you this like maybe 20 if that a lot of the time it’s a very small amount it doesn’t fit with the fish

Simons is a Family owned business that’s served our community for over “30 Year’s”,
The owners are quiet and respectful, as well as kind and considerate.
The Cod is amazing, I’ve never tried anything else personally but I know people that have and everyone has high praises for the food and especially the owner’s please try it you won’t be disappointed.

Read the reviews and was looking forward to trying. Not theworthy I had but my expectation were high for this spot. Kinda bland fries and fish needed salt. Hush puppies were good. Kinda disapointed
