Highly recommend this restaurant! The food is absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere is warm and charming. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and truly on her A-game, making the whole experience even better. Every dish we tried was delicious. We especially recommend the War Won Ton soup, fried rice, sweet-and-sour pork, and the Hunan chicken. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great treat! Super friendly service, fun atmosphere. Entertaining fish tank. Menu clear with yummy choices. Love the combination choices. Hot & sour soup and the egg flower soup were right on point. Our food was delivered fast despite that they were pretty busy. Flavors were distinctive and delicious. Portions very generous. We’ll definitely be back!

If I could rate it zero stars, I would. My husband & I ordered some chicken chow mein and Mongolian beef and it was terrible. Noodles bland. Beef was tough, chewy and rubbery. Funny they gave me more onions than beef. I do not recommend this place.

I’m in a wheelchair an right from the start the lady was there at the door to hold it open for us, she was very polite and lovely. The food was delicious and i enjoyed every last bite the restaurant is very clean and they do indeed have a fish tank my granddaughter liked it. I recommend this place to anyone who wants good Chinese food. Oh to the one person i saw complaining about the fried rice put sweet and sour sauce on it lol

This one is a little hard to rate. The food had excellent flavor. The restaurant itself and the bathrooms were clean, which is really important to me. My only disappointment was the lack of vegetables. I love vegetables you normally get in this type of restaurant. Both my husband and I ordered combination plates, but the only vegetables were a very few sliced onions in the chow main. Also, the batter on the prawns was very dense, and not a light tempura. They do have nice side dishes of vegetables, so if I go back, I would definitely order one of those. The flavor of everything was delicious.

I love Rice Bowl. Eat here often. People are very nice. Two of my favorites are General Tso’s chicken and Mongolian Beef. And like the tea!

Authentic Chinese food. They make noodles with nothing in it for kids which still has the taste of chow mein. Beef with spicy & sweet garlic sauce is lean fried beef which was surprisingly good- more sweet than spicy. Sweet and sour chicken is giant chunks of chicken which taste like what you’re familiar with but lacking in the veggies. BBQ pork is dry. Fried rice needs to be revamped completely. Chicken chow mein was underwhelming. Lunch specials are not offered on the weekend. Sufficient quantity of food.

This place is a hidden gem in Harbor, just off the 101. The outside looks very plain and you might wonder if they are even open. But around the doorway are beautiful flowers and ferns that welcome you into an amazing restaurant where orchids bloom everywhere, fish swim peacefully, and the food is delicious!
My friends loved the lightly fried salt dried fish and the stir fried fish with black bean sauce, while I had a lunch special of King Pao chicken, fried rice, spring roll, and deep fried prawns. They also have a full bar and a room for small groups.
