I visited this location a few weeks ago and ordered personal size hot honey pizza, it did NOT have the hot honey sauce. I complained online no one reached out. Here is a photo when I tasted it and realized it was very bland because it didn’t have the hot honey sauce on it.

During the snowstorm on 1/26/2026, my girlfriend went to Donatos to pick up our order. She ordered a pizza and a salad and was charged for both. When she got to the window, she was told they didn’t have salads. Instead of offering a refund or asking what she wanted to do, they handed her a sub she did not order.
When she explained that she never ordered a sub, she was told there was “nothing they could do” because it was already made. They also refused to refund the salad she paid for, even though the salad cost more than the sub they forced on her.
Mistakes happen, especially during bad weather, but refusing to refund an item you don’t have and replacing it with something the customer didn’t order is not acceptable. Very disappointing experience. We will never be coming to this location again.

Wow Micile really knows how to make a pizza I haven’t had Donatos in a long time but I decided to try it again recently, and with fantastic Pepole like him working there all definitely be back great customer service and the pizza came out better then expected make sure if you order a pizza you ask for Micile.

I had the thin crust pizza grilled chicken and veggies. I also had cinnamon bread. Everything was great. Really great tasting pizza. Never heard of them. This was my first order with them.

Getting good service at this location continues to be a struggle. In years past we have actually called the restaurant on our phone from our booth just to get service. Today we encountered a sign to order from the register which we did. Someone came out right away to take our order. We went to find a table, but found crumbs and/or grease on every table. This was just after noon, and there were no other customers in the dining room the whole time we were there. I can’t think all these tables had been in use in the hour the restaurant had been open for the day. We ordered a large pizza and a 2-liter of Dr. Pepper. Our pizza and soft drink arrived in a timely manner and was delicious. It would have been nice to have parmesan and ice for our drinks, but once the food was served we never saw our server again. It is frustrating that we have to choose our tip amount with our order, before we know how the service will be. We have started going to Flyers where we get great service, but our kids still want Donato’s at times. We will remember to visit another location in the future.

Ladie got the entire order wrong. I ordered garlic cheese sticks and got plain sticks, that were very dry! Also I asked for light crispy onions, my pizza had barely cooked onions and was covered in onion. Only ate 2 pieces and my wife barely touched it.

We just moved here and had guests over! We had subs and pizzas delivered and everyone thought the food was excellent. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very polite. I was skeptical because of bad reviews I saw but I am so glad I gave this location a try. We will definitely be ordering again!

Went on an impromptu Bestie dinner date to Donatos. The food was piping hot and fresh and the service was great! The cashier was very patient with us (my apologies, I don’t remember his name), but he was also very kind and even checked on us throughout our dine-in experience. We loved it!
