Stopped in around 1PM on a Monday and it was the perfect calm vibe—quick service and not busy at all. I tried the seasonal Berry Matcha and a Dirty Chai, plus the bacon egg bites (always a favorite) and a chocolate croissant. Everything was fresh and consistent.

I enjoy Starbucks for its consistency, speed and ease of checkout. Of course the drinks are great and some of the food is surprisingly good. Like the breakfast sandwiches, egg bites and pastries. Also their app is very user friendly and the rewards are good.

The last two times my order was wrong or delayed with no communication. It seems this store doesn’t have a sense of urgency nor compassion as other stores in the area. I hope they improve, they are in a prime spot.

A terrific place to take a walk or ride a bicycle, that is next to a wide part of the St Johns river. Some parking and toilets, but only one each toilet in the area I visited. The dock/viewing platforms along the river are nice. The longest pier has a covered area and seating; should be a pleasant place for fishing or just enjoying the views.

Apparently, Starbucks closes at 4:00 in Ponte Vedra now. That’s fine, but maybe have your employees explain that to the customers rather than let them sit at the drive-through window for five minutes while they walk around Ignoring them.Would’ve been nice if one of the girls open the window and said “we are closed” Rather than giving me the throat slash ♀️ I guess that meant leave! Very rude.

Wow this place sucks. I truly don’t like SB. I paid 6.50 for a cup of ice basically and 5 sips of iced coffee. My wife got a crappacino. Yeah I said it. It was terrible. We went home later and made our own espressos on our Breville. 100x better. Won’t be back.

Worst establishment. Drive thru design doesn’t make sense at 9 am it’s alll busy I waited 20 mins there is no wait line at all I got cut off and jsit decided to leave because that is a horrible drive thru design and it def makes traffic for others that are just trying to pass through
