I went there at 2:20 on Sunday Feb 22nd. The girls there were amazing and very friendly!! The best coffee I’ve had in a long time!! I always get the brown sugar shakes espresso and this location made the best one in a long time!! Evrytime I get it it is always made different even though it should be the same. The location at sugarmill really has gotten bad. They used to be good. Lucy is the best!!♥️

I come to the location in Walmart, like, 3, sometimes 4 times a week. And, it NEVER disappoints. The service, phenomenal. My drink? Perfect. Every time. The wonderful workers actually know what I get, bc I get the same item, every time. The service, the food, the people, amazing. Other locations could NEVER live up to the one I frequent.

Saturday morning busy. Around 910am
One person maybe the manager was in the back working on inventory. While only one other person was taking and making the orders she knew how to make. 20 mins we waited. She tells us she is new and doesnt know how to make any other drinks besides ice coffee. The manager does come out and finally makes the hot drinks. Lots of people were waiting and upset. This isn’t a first.

BEWARE OF THIS DUNKIN,, THEY ROB PEOPLE
I went to the Dunkin donuts in Homosassa inside the Walmart last Sunday, and ordered what I always get.. 2 vanilla bean iced coffees, well instead of the girl at the register telling me they are out of vanilla bean, they just charged me for 2 coffees with no flavor. I told them I did not want them made like that and wanted my money back so I could go to another Dunkin. well I was informed that they can NOT reach a MANAGER.. like seriously who runs this place?? not only did they ROB ME but when i left a review for Dunkin and asked for a follow up… nothing!! I haven’t gotten a single phone call or email and its now Friday the following week! Dunkin has robbed me for the last time. I will not be back!!

My husband ordered my coffee pumpkin cold brew with no cream one sugar, tell me why he gets home and my coffee has 3 pumps liquid cane sugar and 3 cream?? Do yall Not listen to your customers anymore cause The last time I went to the store myself I told them no hazel nut in my drink cause I’m allergic I had to have them remake it because they did what?? Added hazelnut! This is getting to be frustrating.

We went to the Dunkin Donuts in the Walmart and had absolutely the BEST service ever. Abby was the one to take our order and she was absolutely amazing, especially helping us on our first time there. Wish everywhere we went had someone like Abby to serve us. Thank you so much Abby!!!

There is ZERO consistency from employee to employee with food. Toasted is sometimes right most times wrong. Cream cheese sometimes perfect, or overkill to much or today, not enough? I think she forgot! I keep spending money for food I can’t eat.

After quite some time, I thought of buying a couple of donuts from here. I was reminiscing about a DD in Utah I would frequent. They were very good. I must say that the two ladies that served me were very pleasant and very nice, service was top notch! Now, as for the donuts…they seemed like week old, not day old ones. My girl and I were craving Bavarian cream ones, and other ones as well. Besides being dried out and stiff, the custard was nearly absent! It’s a sad day when they forget to put the filling in their donuts! The others were not up to snuff as far as being from a Duncan donut shop. Can anyone tell me if they import their donuts from somewhere else entirely? Almost tempted to drive all the way back to see about a refund, but figured it’d be a waste of gas and time. I wish they’d go back to being a real donut and coffee shop. People can go to a restaurant to buy all that other stuff, so DD can make it simple again. Days later, I found unbelievably fantastic, FRESH, tasty flats of these mini donuts in the very Walmart that housed DD. Now those were surprisingly outstanding and very delicious!! I was wondering if DD should order their donuts from the Walmart right there. Are me and my girl the only ones that think and pray lol, that DD should either dumb down their menu, instead of wasting time on so many other menu items, that their donuts suffer the once famed quality– lost in the hubbub of trying to be a coffee shop that they are not anymore, or start ordering their donuts from better quality donut shops? It won’t hurt our feelings to find a better donut producer in order to get a tasty treat. Think I’ll see if Walmart has any more of those little treasures until we locate a fine, CUSTARD FILLED, and we mean CUSTARD FILLED donut shop. Too bad those two ladies that served so well have to deal with inferior product. Also, the arrest of the young lady we’ve heard about in the DD truly is appalling to say the least! That’s a good enough reason to stay away from Duncan donuts stores for another few years. These were “take out” or we would certainly have asked for a refund, NOT a replacement!! (What could they possibly replace them with???).
