Good food and service but if you order take out make sure to order extra soy garlic sauce on the side or else you will get dry boneless wings.

Overall solid experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered so food came out super quickly, the chicken drumsticks were fried perfectly and the sauce was enjoyable. There is an automatic 15% tip but they let us know which I hope is standard practice. My girlfriend enjoyed her meal as well (fish cakes) would recommend

Bonchon in West Chester serves hands down the best wings I’ve ever had. They’re incredibly light and crispy, and the sauces are out of this world—especially the Korean BBQ, which is surprising since I usually don’t like BBQ sauces. Another unexpected delight was the pickled radishes, which were cool, crisp, tangy, and had a slight sweetness, making them a perfect pairing with the wings.
I walked in thinking it wasn’t a full-service sit-down spot, but it was, although the staff was very nice and attentive.
I’ll definitely be back, but next time I’ll probably order takeout to save on tipping.

Their chicken is driest chicken I ever tasted. This makes this location easily the worst Bonchon I ever tasted. Without sauce it is not Korean chicken. Not sure how much money they save by limiting the sauce bur they will lose customer. Please take the feedback seriously and improve the recipe.

Chicken shop that makes great chicken. Grab a side of rice to pair with the crispy skin. There was only one waiter and the lunch rush had him rushing around quite a bit. The table next time me had their food ready before they got their waters.
2 stars for atmosphere. Even though the place is a good size and clean, the TV is blaring the same Bonchon ad over and over again. It would be nice to have it muted and some background music playing.

AWESOME wings! Korean tacos and pork buns are a must try! If you have never stopped here, Please do. I have to drive over an hour to get there and I go at least once a month, so if you live in the area please try this place!

Updated review (2023)- used to be very good when they first opened. Unfortunately, the most recent times I’ve visited, food has just been average. Dine in staff are pretty much non-existent. Had to ask for utensils.

We took our daughter here for her birthday. Their Korean fried chicken was great! The Korean tacos were a good hit. So many good starter plates that I have to come back to try.
