Order pizza and boneless wing deal thru app. The wrong pizza was delivered & managed to catch delivery person. He was going to call the Manager & deliver correct order. 45 mins later I called the store and was told by manager it would be delivered shortly because they got busy. I asked when and was put on hold and then told within 30 mins. I asked for a refund and was told he couldn’t if food was delivered. I suggested in the future to fix mistakes before putting out other orders. Will not be ordering there again!

Bad customer service . They made me wait until the complete time to make the pizza even though there was no one else in the restaurant. I watched them talk for 20 minutes, then finally make my pizza 20 minutes before due time. I asked why it’s taking so long and the rep said “I have 45 minutes to make it”. This location is absolutely terrible. The young man at the register and window needs more customer service training. I’m taking my money elsewhere

I ordered chicken Alfredo pasta and it had no chicken with only a drizzle of sauce on it. Also it was overcooked. A complete waste of money, definitely won’t be eating there ever again.

We order pizza for kids groups and volunteers at the museum near the base regularly. The new call center makes it almost impossible to call the store, the call center takes the order and then calls 30 minutes later to let us know they cancelled the order as its on a military base, we explain this is why we need to speak to the store as the museum is not on a military base, it’s just near one. I finally did get through to the store and they said they would deliver it to the gate but not the museum….they have to drive past the museum to get to the gate, they said that’s just the way it is, so we ordered from Dominos. It is really just annoying as so many places deliver these days, but we order a ton of pizza so it is not very smart of them.

We don’t eat out much but tonight it was cold, rainy and our family had had a rough few weeks. I ordered online and the website didn’t ring in my order for the treat boxes correctly. After delivery, we discovered the issue and I was shorted a cheese pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce. I called and they made me a new one and had it out to me quickly! It was pouring freezing rain and the delivery driver was just as kind as the person that took my call. Thank you guys so much! You made my daughter’s whole night!!!

Mediocre pizza at best and was extremely expensive despite attempting to use discounts and online ordering with pickup (no delivery). The staff was friendly but seemed tired and overworked. The last 3 orders were very disappointing as well. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be a repeat customer after several decades as a customer but hope that the management/franchise reps would anonymously try their own product occasionally to improve quality control.

Pizza was good. The wait was a bit much. I know sundays can be busy. But over an hour and I’m two blocks away. But like I said. I know ita busy. Its sunday amd football. Pizza hit isnt my favorite. But some of their specialty pizzas are good. But overall my pizza today was good.
