Charged $1 for sauce, but ordered a chicken bacon deluxe and got
Now updating to a 5. The food was so good. Fries and nugget hot and fresh. Burgers were fresh and all topping were correct. I got the sauces I asked for. Ian was cool enough this time. At least not rude. I’m happy, kids happy 10/10
I hate to leave a bad review because my food was fresh and delicious. My problem is with the manager Ian that took my order twice now. He is rude. I let it go last time because food was correct and good, but this time I was missing a main sandwich to a combo. The first time he told me to pull up to the door (past the drive thru). When he came out he tried to hand me my bags while holding the door open. I’m small with short arms and couldn’t reach. I told him that and he said, “what do you want me to do? Let the door lock me out?”. No sir, I expected you to hand me my food at the drive thru since there were no cars behind me. Just terrible customer service. He might be able to boss people around in the back, but he has no business being an order taker or dealing with customers.

We had a mix up with the order and the lady accidentally put 2 orders instead of one. When we told her, she continued to accuse us and demanded that we ordered 2 when we didn’t. In the middle of telling her, she rudely turned to her coworker who was Hispanic and told him “can you talk to her”. When he came up to the window he automatically started speaking Spanish to me as if I didn’t understand them in English the first time? They assumed I didn’t understand the lady because of my looks and then she called someone else over to speak Spanish to me. Then he basically threw the food at us and slammed the windows shut without saying anything else.

It’s December 3rd at 6pm. Why is inside locked I see multiple people in there? I don’t have time to wait in a 15 car drive thru. Horrible experience. Will avoid Wendy’s from now on and just go to any other place with a working drive thru.

Food was good until I bit into my burger and felt a weird texture in my mouth. Look at my burger and there was a huge piece of PLASTIC WRAP in my burger. I go back to switch it or get compensation and they have a bad attitude. As if I did something wrong! I could have choked and ate that!! Don’t go to this Wendy’s and if you do CHECK YOUR FOOD FIRST.

Very rude elderly man refused to give me my DoorDash order that I needed to deliver. There was a very long line and someone else over the intercom told me to pull up to the second window. Someone in front paying for personal order was having a lot of problems with their payment so I went to the second window while the other person was still trying to pay. He said I needed to go back around and get back in a very long line that I had already been waiting in the first time for 15 minutes and the second time it was even longer. I just left. He was very rude and was mean to me when I did exactly what I was told to do. He said each order goes out the window in order. Not that hard to grab the DoorDash order that was already ready sitting right next to you.
