I got a to go order yesterday and it was very good. The chicken broth is a bit darker than your typical chicken broth just fyi for those that like the clear broth. Chicken was good. I liked the to go packaging because it looks like a mini pho bowl and the spoon was very nice and reusable.

This might be my new Pho go-to, I had the Shrimp pho and it was perfect. I’ve been hoping for something closer to home. The broth was perfect, the noodles had the right amount of chew. Everything I look for. I’ll be back.

I had a House Combo Pho and Coconut Shrimp. The presentation was wonderful, saw every meat right away in the bowl. The broth wasn’t fatty or salty. I had a cold brew coffee. It was similar to Starbucks’ cold brew (good thing). I dug into my food and drink right away because the food smelt so good. All together, under $30 bucks.

My girlfriend and I have been having a Pho craving something fierce! Pho Express does not disappoint! We ordered a combination bowl and a beef and meatball bowl as well. The broth they use is amazingly flavorful and not spicy. The bowls come with Thai basil, bamboo shoots, hoisen sauce, and jalapeño slices. Once you combine everything to your liking, the bowls become even better! All the proteins, noodles, and veggies are prepared perfectly. We will be returning on a regular basis. If you get a chance to meet David, he is great! This is a must try pho spot hidden in a shopping plaza behind a liquor store.
