Ordered meal other night and by time we got the food they was closed . The chicken in our meals was not even cooked. When I called them they laughed it off said bring the food back and they make a new one I said we threw it away because you was closed . We wasn’t going to keep bad food .
And she kept saying how can I help you .. well a refund or some type of compensation.
Nope nothing she just laughed it off . I said that’s okay just won’t order there again . And she hung up

My family and I have been ordering from Asian house for The Last 5 Years. We would order at least once a month approximately. Out of all the times that we have ordered tonight’s experience was the absolute worst!!! I ordered the boneless ribs with white rice and an egg roll. We also got the bourbon chicken, wonton soup. We spend an average between 30.00 to 40.00 every time we order. My ribs were hard as rocks, the bourbon chicken, it was hard and cold and the wonton noodles in the soup were doughy. I called the restaurant to inform them of the problems that we had and ask for a credit for the next time we order. As of right now we’re thinking very hard not to do it! I myself am disabled I had my nephew go and pick up the food. When I called, I explained the situation, she said do you live close I said yes she goes well just bring back the food and will remake it. I said no I’m not going to do that! I would like a credit ($37 and change) for the next time we possibly order she said no I cannot do that. Well I’ll give you credit for your food I said no you will not I want credit for the whole meal the whole thing. I explained to her I have never given a bad review she’s going to get the absolute worst review ever and when I told her I wasn’t coming over and she was going to give me a credit I hung up so I better have a credit the next time I go!

My husband and i haven’t been feeling well today, so I ordered a quart of wonton soup for delivery. It arrived piping hot and was EXTREMELY delicious! There was an extra umami flavor that put it over the top, and it was honestly one of the best wonton soups I’ve had. I can’t speak on the other dishes yet, but will definitely be trying more from this place based on today’s experience.

This restaurant is by far the best place in town from the varies food from Chinese to Thai with good portions; me and my family has been coming here recently because my daughter is obsessed with the sweet sweet and sour chicken bites and springrolls. I would 100% will recommend this place to anyone looking to have a healthy hot meal!

You can get triple the amount of food and pretty much same or better taste from many other Asian restaurants in port Orange. 51 dollars for two soups two egg foo young and 1 crab Rangoon is wild.

Whether you’re ordering thai fried rice or one of their classic Asian dishes, you can tell they really care about quality and presentation. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick and consistent.

I used to order almost every day at this restaurant because it didn’t bring almost any onion its flavor was very rich and it was always fresh but today when I ordered my lunch It was cold, it didn’t taste very good either and it brought more onion than rice

There’s like no pork in the pork fried rice that’s included in the lunch specials and the meat inside the general tsos chicken was very questionable! Not a chicken texture. Go to hibachi express next door for sure!
