It’s always a fantastic experience here. I’m trying to catch up on reviews, so the cup is from the holidays, and was taken on the go at my work. I ordered the avocado toast and bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and they are always served to perfection. The staff is very friendly, unlike other Dunkins I’ve been to. They always greet with a smile, and are quick to fulfill your order. This is a go-to stop on my way into work in Plainfield.

This place is awful as most other reviews have said before… terrible customer service in the morning. The lady and her son are terrible they sit there and talk crap about their customers. And argue when they are in the wrong this location needs to be stopped. I was in line last Sunday, and this lady got two drinks and a dozen donuts…. They never offered her a drink tray. And of course she dropped the drinks went back and they told her she was in the wrong and had to pay for them again when in all actuality it was their fault. I came in today and just terrible customer service they kept telling me I had to wait to get a drink because they needed to rack their donuts but they are already open and argued with me when I am a paying customer. Please do something about this store. They wear their gloves while on the phone and grab donuts right after and go use the bathroom and don’t wash their hands I’ve seen it first hand and decided enough is enough I will never come back here again for Dunkin just the gas station part. A gas station worker has a picture of her picking her nose as well. Please upper management dunking come check out the gas station they have proof for you!!

Their morning customer service is terrible. Don’t take orders if you don’t want to do your job and please let us give you our entire order without feeling rushed. The staff didn’t even say thank you, just handed us our food with an ugly look on their face, said “here” and that was it. People are the reason you have a business. Show a little bit of courtesy.

There was not one time at this place to have what I need. Today made it worse.
I asked BEFORE starting my order if they had the jelly donuts. She said yes. I order, she does not. Tell me the total, just get to the window. I get there and the gentleman tells me: actually we are out.
Like, when are you not?
I ordered 2 instead of 3, he did not evwn give me my receipt or say sorry. And t at the end I said thank you, have a good day. No response whatsoever. Customer service is not like it was before, sadly.

Ive been going to this location for months since its closest to me and the service has never changed. In my experience most of the morning shift employees have a bad attitude and their customer service is awful. The service isn’t awful because they don’t talk to you, i feel that would be better than whats happening now. If the mess up your order there are some staff who will argue and gaslight you that the order is right (when obviously wrong), they constantly forget items in both drive thru and mobile orders, and when the ordering in drive thru will often get the order completely wrong unless its the most basic of orders (like a hot coffee or a singular donut). If they mess up your order they expect you to go inside and fix it immediately, but half the time I’m on my way to work and unable to take the time to go inside. If you show up later in the day with the items in your order and a receipt they often argue that you should have come in right after THEY messed up. It’s obvious that the staff are either poorly trained, don’t pay attention to customers, and/or simply have a terrible attitude thats never been written up. The staff hasn’t really changed within the last year or so which is extremely disappointing since I’m not the only customer who has had issues with them. I don’t usually write reviews but the staff’s behavior is getting old…

Always a super quick experience. You never have to wait long here. And out of all the Dunkin’s I’ve been to in the area my coffee is ALWAYS delicious and consistent.

Coffee was fine but can we please stop putting donuts in bags for Christ’s sakes. Glad I got “vanilla” donuts for the frosting to just stick to the bag. Waste of money.

I am very unhappy with this particular location. Customer service at this location is horrible. When putting my change in my hand, the employee dropped it and it fell on the ground. He DID NOT apologize nor did he return my change. He acted as if I was the one who did wrong. I just want everyone to know that this employee is rude, unpleasant and acts like the customers are doing him a great injustice. I won’t EVER return there. Don’t go thru the drive thru. 🙁

Well you have someone working on drive threw who doesn’t speak nor understand English very well, great idea… So I said wat I wanted, just a reg coffee and some donut holes… She ready my order back aloud in her language (middle eastern, I’m an AMERICAN, I us ENGLISH), I just said ” sorry I don’t understand what you said” she followed that up with MOVE!!!, not sorry or even attempting to to use any proper English or customer service skills, “move, you move NOW!”
No problem, I LEFT! moneys tight and $4 for a coffee is high, and your going to be rude to me, I’ll just go to another place.
This whole experience sucks since I’ve been to this one many of times in the past with no issues, first time on Sunday….and my last… I’ll go another time to see if this rude middle eastern woman is always on the drive thru, I usually go in, but either way, this is unacceptable behavior for customer service.
