This meal cost me $30. I got $3 of extra bacon. Where is the bacon? Where is the sandwich filling? Abysmal. Y’all sandwiches are malNOURished bruh. Be like panera. At least they make you THINK you gettin’ something special.

I enjoy going to this location because there is never a wait and the service is always good. The place is always clean, bathrooms always clean.. the food is typical Saladworks.. its expensive just like every Saladworks but it’s enough to eat for 2 meals. Also they give you a free soda if you leave a 5 star review.. ♂️

Upon receiving my salad, not only half empty but with something a little extra. Some sort of slimy sludge on the lettuce and the chicken. The black you see on the lettuce is slimy and def will make anyone sick. Not worth the 19.00. Staff not helpful at all.

Showed up to get Saladworks and this worker went into the back and sat on his phone to avoid serving me. There was no salad in the case either. As soon as I walked out the door after waiting almost 10 minutes I walked out and saw the man come out and sit on his phone out there waiting for me to leave. Poor service!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars.
My coworkers and I had placed a lunch order to pick up. Once the order was brought back to the office, we had found that one the salads had a large black hair inside the container.
The other two salads within this order have no greens and maybe half a scoop of toppings
$50 for 3 salads and all are made inconsistent or with human hair is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
I did try to call the store directly and your phone number is disconnected and does not work. I tried emailing the store manager..still no response.
I also submitted to corporate directly so maybe I’ll get a response then.

Listen, I had a bad day. I stopped at Saladworks to grab something quick and it was a great experience. I had incredibly friendly and quick service from someone who went above and beyond to brighten my day. My soup and salad were fresh and delicious and I’m so glad I stopped here for dinner!

My favorite Saladworks. Crystal and Angela, and others I don’t know their names yet, are wonderful ❤️ and always have a friendly smile and know my order. Many of my coworkers also frequent here and love it, too. I enjoy the Sophie salad. Today I got a Buffalo wrap that was very good.

I used to visit this location frequently. But it has definitely changed when the owners did. I bought a salad today & the portion was so small compared to the Saladworks in Hainesport, Mt. Laurel, Delran & even the Cherry Hill Mall. Not worth the price! I will only go as a last resort. I keep giving chances periodically & am consistently disappointed. ♀️
