My boyfriend and I really wanted subway and looked forward to a nice meal together. It was 7:35 pm and they close at 8. The lady working was irritated to say the least. I started off by telling her the bread and sandwich I wanted and she sighed at me. Her overall customer service was rude. When my boyfriend went to order she told him she was out of meatballs and said it with an attitude. My food was ok. It tasted fine, but was put together with no care. There were pickles on only the ends, little to no mustard, and an abundance of mayo. I paid and left. Upon opening my sandwich it was a mess and hard to eat. Typically I love the Mitchell subway. I am upset about this experience and appalled that they would hire someone as rude and careless as this woman. She was middle aged and had purple-red hair with glasses. I understand the exhaustion one can have when having a long shift but it is unacceptable to be rude to customers and have an attitude about your job.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to get subway today at 7:15pm mind you they do not close until 8:00pm they where already closing every down and had terrible manners when I was order and where mad that I came in to get dinner. They did not give me a receipt. They completely messed up my order added things I did not ask for and things I wanted on my sandwich they did not add. I have been coming here for years and I can honestly say I will never be back.

We went in there last time for our delivery and waited in line she said to come to the counter and say something next time this time the same worker proceeded to ask my bf if he is stupid because he did what she had told us to do last time this is very unprofessional and quite frankly disgusting

Trinity is a real piece of work every time I come in she’s bitter and rude and prioritizes online orders over the people in person. Wait times are insane. But everyone else is kind and gives good service!

We just had the best service and the best sandwiches here, while driving back home to colorado. The young lady working was friendly and kind. My 5 year old enjoyed his sandwich so much, that he asked for another. He happily scarfed down the second one too. He always loves eating at subway, but we all agreed, this one was the best we’ve been to.

A lady named Tina that work here is very rude to her employees & customers. In fact if i was the one employee i would of walked out after she belittled her so badly in front of a whole lot of customers.

On my lunch break I went into subway and stood in line to order. I told the employees what I wanted and they put it in the toaster like I asked. Shortly into it a lady came in to pick up an order she placed earlier. The workers had no idea she had placed an order and had to make it on the spot in front of my sandwich. They made her stuff and then went to mine and put all the toppings on it and I went to pay. I paid and grab the sandwich they handed me and left to my car. In my car I checked the sandwich and they gave me one of the ladies sandwiches from before. I went in to get the right one and lucky the lady had noticed she got the wrong sandwich as well and went in. I went in and the workers remade the ladies sandwich that they gave me instead but they didnt remake mine. So by the time I actually got my correct sandwich it was cold and I had no time left for my lunch break. Was very displeased.
