Got the 8 piece Detroit style pizza, and the “jet 10”toppings. The pizza was surprisingly good for a pizza chain type pizza. Crust was thick, buttery and crispy and there was plenty of toppings. The pizza had a very satisfying crunch. I would recommend this pizza for sure if you’re looking for some good pizza on a budget.

Detroit style pizza, nuff said. This place has made me second guess whether I love NY style or Detroit style. Getting a four corners can feed four people. The slices are huge amd fairly priced.

The pizza here is good, but get ready to wait. Placed an order online and was quoted 35 minutes. I showed up 35 minutes later only to be told “your pizza is going in the oven now and it’ll be another 15 minutes. Wait what?? Eventually I ended up waiting close to an hour. I do not subscribe to tipping prior to pick up for this reason but always have cash on me to tip after the fact should the service warrant it, especially if I’m picking up the order myself. As an observation, I did notice that some patrons with higher ticket numbers received their pizza prior to me, therefore conclude it has something to do with tipping at the time the order is placed vs after the fact which is insane as orders should be fulfilled in the order received. Unfortunate they likely don’t pay their employees enough therefore a system was likely enacted to promote tipping vs tipping being their reward for exceptional service. I will continue to tip based on service and as warranted. I noticed management only responds to positive feedback, therefore nothing will likely change, however inclined to leave feedback.

Everything was indeed perfect.The man was polite and courteous and very helpful. I will order again as I have in the past.Their service is rare and distinct, caring customer service, seems to be consistent.
The restaurant must have excellent managment for this to happen.

What a difference a day makes! My daughter ordered a pizza there for the 1st time on the 12th (Thursday)….by the time we got up there the pizza was ready….she was in and out. I asked her how it tasted and she liked it. I review all new places we go to and I forgot to review this place on Thursday so we went back again on Friday the 13th. to get another pizza because I wanted to taste it and take photos of the product. There were no less than 10 people inside waiting on pizza….it was a mad house inside. No one had an attitude as far as I could tellbut the staff was extremely busy. One guy who had been waiting quite awhile had is order credited because they couldn’t find his order paper so his food hadn’t been made and his wait was going to been even longer! In any case, my daughter ordered online and our food was scheduled to be ready by 5:58 (I believe). I got back in the car by 6:03 after going inside hoping that it will be ready at 5:50. So the food was given to me close to the time stated. Now for the taste….it was a 4 slice (square?) deep dish type pepperoni pizza. The crust was buttery (or whatever they put on it) ➕️ the crust was crispy/crunchy ➕️ it was hot but not too greasy ➕️. Now the sauce (to me) was okay. I think it lacked flavor. Otherwise the food was delicious. Those employees worked hard that day……THEY NEED A RAISE! Their receipt/order machine was non-stop printing while I was there!!! Good job people!

First time having jets and I’m from Chicago and I say it was better then any deep dish pizza . Plus deep dish pizza in Chicago is for the tourist because the local Chicago people never eat deep dish! Jets pizza was great I will go back 100%. Also, I work for Centerville school district and Jets gave us a free pizza today and it was fantastic. Not because it was free because it was actually really really good. The free part was the bonus and we appreciate you guys from everyone at the Centerville school district..

Arranged to have 12 large pizzas delivered for a church event. Pizzas were delivered right on time and were delicious! Many positive comments from attendees. Manager gave us sale prices with an additional 15% discount.
