So sad. The Asian guy was very slow. We ordered online and when we arrived it took us really long to wait and get our order because it was not ready and he hasn’t started yet. The place was empty almost one customer in line. So very disappointed since most of the stuff was out of stock. Not cheese nacho, no sauces, no chicken or beef for nachos? Are you serious? I paid for a really bad experience! Not coming back!

Ordered as much lettuce as they could add. I got about 10 to 15 little pieces of brown lettuce on each footlong sandwich. He didn’t add adequate toppings, including meat. This was an $11 sandwich. Service was terrible, food was terrible, only 2 choices of bread, no choice of cheese, made the sandwiches in the back counter, not in front of me, the boy ignored all of my requests and I asked him to not grill my Philly cheese steak and he did anyway. Dirty chairs, rude boy to help me…I was so disappointed. This was with a coupon, buy one get ½ off if the second sandwich and it was still $20. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I’m sorry I had to write such a bad review, but there is no way I can tell you something good at all.

Very pleased to write an EXCELLENT review for this location, as I have had several very poor experiences in the past. There is a VERY sharp contrast between the possible customer experience depending on WHO is working! Rather than use any energy to talk about the “others” – I would like to say that Warren has been exceptionally good every time (now 3) that I have been in when he is working. Customer service from him and his sidekick Ricky was excellent today. Pleasant, with a sense of urgency and customer appreciation! The subs were superb and my wife, son and I are all smiling! Hopefully the big bosses catch on to the obvious trend here and this location continues to have these kind of results. Thank you for the nice experience today again fellas- it is greatly appreciated and we will be back because of your good work!

This location is closed early, no sign on the door why. The hours on both the sign and the google maps say they close at 9:30pm but as seen in my picture, just under an hour from closing and no signs of life. This likely isn’t the only reason why, but this location is so poorly rated because of mis management. Best of luck to this location.

I ordered through app yesterday- app said order was modified or cancelled. Text advised to call the store. I did, several times and no one bothers to answer the phone, yesterday or today. I was charged 19.11 for an order I never received and other than going into the physical store which I will today- the issue remains unresolved. Do not order from this location-

I’ve enjoyed the service every time I come in, very friendly very fun! Every single time without fail they’ve had the freshest bread and the best cookies. They used to be pretty hot inside but they got AC unites installed and now it’s the best subway ever

Placed an order online and came in when it was marked ready. There was a line but I went up and asked if they had it, they said it’ll be a while.
We waited 30 minutes while people came in off the street and were served right away. 30 minutes later, they asked if we were served and I gave them the name again and OUR ORDER WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER THE WHOLE TIME
I was frustrated for wasting 30 minutes and the esteemed “sandwich artists” told me I had an attitude problem. Adding more insult, see the image of the steak and cheese sandwich I waited a half hour for.
Terrible restaurant, terrible management, and terrible employees go elsewhere
Edit: LOL @Nicki idk who you think you saw but I walked in at 5:25 and walked out at 5:55. Also, I didn’t eat there. Thats a full uneaten sandwich and you can see my home’s marble countertops in my picture. I’ve got better things to do than slander a sandwich shop for no reason
