Do not order front this location. I ordered a pizza and 2 Papadias. The Doordash driver shows up with just the pizza and I said where’s the rest. He said they said this was the whole order. So we called the location and the manager started yelling at us instead of offering solutions to the problem they created. Her reasoning was they’re really busy and she then she hung up on me. What a joke, I don’t wish ill on most people but I can tell this place is going out of business soon.

Last time I’m supporting this store. pre-covid, maybe 2018 was the last time we received a good pizza here. We don’t come here often, but I always tip if I personally order, even for pickup, I’m a pretty good person, yet every time besides the first time our pizza and/or bred has been garbage. Take a look at the pictures, you can see where the crust hasn’t risen which is kinda their thing there, it’s like 30% crust, the holes are still present in the crust from the tool. The bread was so hard and not covered, that it might as well be logs. We ended up just tossing it and going out that night. I’m guessing the dough is old or not made right to cause this. I reached out to CS before posting this, but no one ever got back to me. I don’t write negative reviews often, I just don’t write anything, but come on “guys” this was awful, you’d be angry if the roles were reversed.

This is a lousy company with lousy customer service as well! The person that answered the phone put me on hold twice because she is the only one working at this store. She usually gets the orders from a foreign call center, which I found difficult to understand, so I asked if I could order directly from the store. Not to mention call center person hung up on me twice because I couldn’t understand her strong accent! The person at the store was obviously not happy about having to answer the phone. Ok, I won’t force you to take my money. Never again!

I ordered a pizza on September 18, 2025, at 6:40 PM according to the receipt it is considered a Papa call got the pizza. The pizza was overcooked and did not taste good at all. I ordered and picked this pizza up after I got off of work Tried it and placed the rest in my refrigerator. Call the next day. Spoke with the manager. Spoke with customer service. And the manager stated because it was yesterday and it was a call. They had no way of tracking this order and couldn’t care less about accommodating a customer who still had a pizza that I could have brought back to get a remake. It’s clear to me that this location has no issues with getting poor reviews with the preparation of the food.

I’m a doordash driver. I got $141 order for eight pizzas to be delivered. It was a bogus order and I took the pizzas back to the store. Later that week I find out they said I didn’t return the pizzas and I had to fight and argue to get my money that I earned. All because the lazy person or manager at the store didn’t do their job properly

Hours are apparently incorrect and staff did not call to inform me of that fact. Ordered my food and an hour later got a notification that it was refunded. Called the store 5 hours before they say they close online and got an automated message saying they are closed.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some sides online at 8:12 PM today (2/23/2020)… called after 70 minutes to check on the eta of the order and was informed that the order had not been processed. So I re-ordered over the phone and was told “40 minutes”.
60 minutes after that, we called in again to ask about the status of the order, and was told “Your order is only 8 minutes late, be patient.” 15 minutes later (85 minutes after the 2nd order… 155 minutes after the original order), the delivery guy showed up. We finally got our food… green peppers instead of banana peppers… Zero Stars.
The delivery guy was an awesome dude… only reason this is 2 stars. JERMAINE. Give this dude a raise. He is the only reason for anything positive here.
