Sandwich of the day online of this location didn’t match what employee was stated so they charged me full price. And meatballs on meatball sub was not cooked throughly. Didn’t realize until it was to late so if I get sick or stomach pains of bacteria or food Bourne illness from this I will definitely report thru hospital and proper channels.

This particular restaurant is one of the best in the city. This place is always on point. I’ve been eating here for 7 years. Lunch breaks and dinner sandwiches, excellent!!! I love this place.

The quality of food is in compromised but in times of customer service is nowhere to be seen. I literally had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before someone could actually acknowledge that I was actually there. Then when that person finally acknowledges me they came out with an attitude, I asked for a protein bowl and the whole time that person that treated me like an inconvenience, this woman slammed the protein bowl on the table in front of me and through the rest of the stacked bowls across the counter behind her. I can accept if I was responsible for the hostility that she had built within but that was not the case. I simply just told her that I was okay and walked out the door, then I also came back in to see whether or not I can get the corporate number and she told me that she didn’t know it so I left. That kind of behavior should be unacceptable and never tolerate it I am a COTA bus operator who usually enjoys getting food from here but this was a terrible experience and I never want to experience it again in fact I don’t even think I will come back after that

Overall, a good Subway. Normally online/app orders are ready on time and everything is made correctly. One concern is that this location seems to be more and more regularly running out of lettuce. In the past month at least 2-3 times I’ve tried ordering on the app and it shows lettuce as out of stock.

MAJOR props to the girl working at noon on 12/13/2025. This place was absolutely slammed and she was the only person working. We honestly expected our sandwiches to be pretty bad because of how busy it was, but these were the best sandwiches we’ve had from a subway. They were STUFFED and had so much dressing on them. This girl needs a raise!!!!

I am OBSESSED with this subway. It is super close to my job and very quick to place an order through my app and pick it up through their drive thru! My order is always correct and the one time it wasn’t ready on time they gave me a few bags of chips for my extended wait. The salads are filled to the brim and it makes for a full lunch for under $10. I will be back for sure.

I stop at different subways when I’m working, and this one is by far the best at not skimping on veggies in a protein bowl. Definitely a rare find.
I also order exclusively through the app, and they always had it ready on time with all items ready to go. Usually forks, napkins, or receipts are missing, and have to be requested. Not here and that was nice.
Lastly the staff is very friendly.

I ordered the lil footlong pretzel. At first, everything’s going good. Then I walk out. NO SAUCE. Ok…..fine….I go back and ask for the honest mustard that comes with it. He puts it in a small cup (not a problem) with NO TOP (big problem) who gives sauce like this?

This is the 2nd time in a month we’ve ordered (online) and the food has arrived at work completely incorrect.
3 separate orders and each of them were incorrect.
Went back and they tried to tell us that they just made what came across the screen. Showed email/receipt and sandwiches which were obviously incorrect. Remade them, this is what one of them looked like AFTER they “remade” the entire thing. No tomatoes was stressed. They left both Italian dressing AND the mayo on (mayo not being part of the order.)
Last time, they told us that it wasn’t their problem and they weren’t going to fix it. That’s what we get for giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Avoid at all costs unless you like wasting your money.

First time at this Subway. Associates went above and beyond to help with an order for an occasion I was attending. They were amazing. Restaurant, counter, and food bins were very clean, we’ll stocked. Was made to feel my business was appreciated. Will definitely return.
