We recently tried The Meltdown and had an average experience overall. The concept of gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches is interesting, and the menu has some creative combinations that sound really good.
The sandwich we ordered had good flavor, but it was a bit heavier and greasier than expected. The portion size was decent, but the overall quality felt a little inconsistent. It was satisfying, but not something that really stood out.
Service and ordering were simple and straightforward, though the wait time was slightly longer than we expected.

If i could give them a no star i would! Food was poorly made they just threw meat on bread with melted cheese. Wasn’t made with what they said came on it! They forgot to give us fry, spent $60 on bread and cheese. First and last time eating this place. We called about the order and were dismissed.

The Meltdown offers comfort food perfection.
Their signature grilled cheese sandwiches are excellent—crispy, gooey, and satisfying. The menu is creative, and the service is quick and friendly.
The ultimate spot for a delicious grilled cheese craving!

DENNYS. This isn’t its own place. Looked like a fool driving around the parking lot trying to find the entrance.
I’m NOT supporting a place falsely advertising that they’re an independent restaurant. Just market that you have grilled cheese at Denny’s. It’s not its own separate place. It’s not worth the effort or drive to get here.

The price of the sandwich was over $16, and it was very mediocre. I definitely will not be ordering it from there again.

Felt misled that it is just Dennys at above Dennys prices. The sandwich was ok, had enough meat. Asked for silverware, was told it was in the bag, was not in the bag. Ordered onion rings with it, were not in the bag. The staff was nice but if Dennys needs to mislead people to their door then rebrand. Was expecting a new restaurant for me but got exactly what I would have expected had I ordered at a Dennys.

Similar to what others have said this is just Denny’s food quality at higher price. Don’t go there with the mindset that these are some fancy grilled cheese sandwiches. Better of just getting a basic breakfast or going somewhere else.

Ordered 2 combos, both were missing fries. My brisket sandwich only had 4 tiny tiny pieces of brisket with no sauce or pickles on super dry bread. So basically little chips of brisket and chewy cheese on cardboard. Such a waste of money. Super disappointed and they don’t even have a phone number to contact. Don’t recommend

Had half of my brother in law’s leftover brisket sandwich. It was tasty. Can see how some say the meat is sometimes over cooked or a little dry, but it’s worth a shot for sure.
