We got a few rolls of sushi, crab rangoon, shrimp tempura, squid and salmon nigiri. Everything was really good and fresh tasting. Service could’ve been better, our server was very nice and friendly but he was forgetful and we had to remind him a couple times for different things that we needed and had already asked for. The food also took quite a bit of time even though they weren’t too busy. I would possibly come back again to give some other things a try but idk if I really would.

I was in town for a convention and in the mood for sushi. So I used google and found Takashi. Wow was it good!
I ordered the Sexy Roll.
Spicy Crab, Shrimp Tempura, topped with Seared Salmon. Price $18.00
It was amazing!
I had not had Seared salmon before so it was new to me and tasted great!

Takashi has become my go to location for ramen! I normally get the spicy seafood which is awesome, but tonight mixed it up and got the Chase ramen with shoy broth. It ur meat and broth are excellent and this will be added into the rotation.
I also added a house salad and the ginger dressing is not to be missed.

I come here literally one a week, my absolute favorite place to eat. Staff is amazing, food is mouth watering, and they’re excellent with my one year old. It’s comfy and cozy and I actually feel like I can relax and enjoy my meal.

Tried Takashi and it did not disappoint! Their bento boxes were packed with flavor and such a great value. The sushi was fresh, delicious, and beautifully made—definitely some of the best I’ve had in a while. On top of that, the service was amazing—super friendly, attentive, and welcoming.

I’ve been visiting Takashi since they first opened. I love their food. My favorite is the spicy shrimp Ramen and usually I go to.
Today I ordered the spicy crab salad. I didn’t expect much but it was magical. The salad was so fresh and the crab meat was delicious especially with the spicy sauce I also ordered the vegetable tempura. On other occasions, I have ordered their sushi and it’s always good and fresh.
Beyond the food, what makes this place stand out is the staff. I typically sit at the bar. Rachel and Amie are fantastic and great for company. They also pour a good bourbon.
Takashi is located behind Moby Dick’s in Fern Creek. Great place to go even if you don’t understand Japanese food, they will help you with your order.

This was such a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and I wanted to try a new sushi place and I’m glad we picked this one. Lovely service and the staff are friendly. Also, whoever’s playlist was playing on the TV, it was such a vibe. Great music taste. Would definitely come back again.

Came here for celebration today around 1:00. We were immediately greeted and sat by very sweet lady. She took care of us during our meal and we couldn’t stop talking about how kind she was! The atmosphere was super chill, we felt very comfortable. The food was absolutely amazing!! 10/10 we got spicy edamame, gyoza and sushi app(sushi app was suuuper fire) we also got the takashi deep fried roll and the burnt out Roll both were packed with great flavor! And lastly we got the Beef fried rice which of course was super tasty as well! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you all so much!!!

The Gyoza appetizer was perfectly crispy on the outside, meatynin the inside, and tasted even better dunked in the soy sauce. My wife enjoyed eating the Pretty Woman Roll and raved about how tasty it was. Then my son couldn’t stop eating his Chicken Fried Rice meal because it was so delicious. I ordered the Pyro Poke Bowl, and I enjoyed the mildly spiced fresh fish and the fresh vegetables and rice. Mixed together, the Pyro Poke Bowl tasted even better.
