Love their food, but their service stinks! I ordered online and paid with American Express. The bill went through, but the order evidently didn’t. We got absolutely no help from them. So now I won’t be going back and I’m calling American Express and telling them not to pay the amount to them!

The cheese steaks are what people talk about but the boneless wings are phenomenal. Perfectly battered and fried, these wings are my go to when we go to Charley’s. Teriyaki and Korean BBQ are my faves. Friendly, efficient service and clean restaurant make for a great sit in dining experience

The staff were very accommodating and had a good sense of humour. We came in a bit late and placed a huge order for family of six. Our food was brought to our table and Ramon the manager helped us which sandwich belonged to who. We had a great dinner and we will definitely come and visit again. We are glad we live close by.

all 5 stars. great place to come in and enjoy some very high quality food. the whole restaurant here inside of walmart was clean tables where nice and clean drink station and what not was organized and clean. my first time even coming to a charlys very great experience. the general manager Ramon i believe his name was took my order with great service and he was a very kind and helpful person. he recommended me some different items off the menu which turned out to be great. i ended up getting a large cheese fries and a larger california chicken sandwich which is fabulous and on top of that a large tropical lemonade. plenty of filling for the sandwich and great quality bread they use. i 100% recommend coming here for some food!!
