Just wanted to share an experience i had at this location today. My food was great! But what I wanted to write about was the young man helping an elderly couple ahead of me. He was extremely patient ( it was clear this was thier first chipotle experience) and did a really good job offering suggestions and assisting them with thier order. I have for sure seen situations where staff would get frustrated or annoyed but he made it seamless for them made thier first experience a positive one!

Let me start by saying that I’ve been coming here since they first opened- faithfully! The service has always been poor! Slow and GHETTO to say the least! But it’s near and convenient. The employees talking loud, singing, and dancing while sweeping/ mopping in the back. Today was an entire different story. I went with my son around 7pm because I’m on keto and this makes an exceptional option for keto dieters. I had my son go first and he ordered a burrito. He asked for steak and I kid you not, he tapped the heck out of the spoon so hard ensuring he gave us the minimal amount of meat! Who would do that to a child? My son looked at me asking if he could get more. I could literally count the cubes of steak dumped on the burrito… anywhere between 6-10 pieces. PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS to verify! I looked at the guy and said “Are you serious? Can I please get the amount of what I’m paying for and what I’m used to getting? I will pay for it if I have to” so he gives more. ($6 for “extra steak”) Next it’s my turn and sure enough he gives me a decent portion. Obviously because of my initial reaction. No sides (as the chips are always stale) and no drinks. A burrito and a bowl nearly $40!!!!! I promise you, after 10+ years of coming here, Chipotle, I will never step foot in here again. This last and final visit put the icing on the cake. I’d rather drive an extra 5 minutes and pay $2 more and go to Bajas as their portions are astronomical with soooo many more options and FREE GUACAMOLE! Let’s not mention the empty station of napkins upon walking out! This place is going downhill, unfortunately…..

The food was good. The meat is tender and well seasoned. The veggies are fresh and crisp. Everything was cut into bite size pieces. We had to wait a little while for anyone to help the line waiting to order. Our burrito was rolled poorly and fell apart after the first bite. Service was friendly, but lacked a little in output. The chips were stale and cold.

Visited yesterday. Restaurant was extremely dirty. Food was bottom of barrel, the left over bottom of all pans. I was there at 630. Ice machine was broken, lids and utensils not stocked. Floor with food and trash. Almost fell on a lid on the ground. Bathroom was very dirty. The cashier didn’t even offer me a receipt instead immediately took it off register and crumbled it up and threw it away with out asking. I was confused by the cost of my meal, but couldn’t reference a receipt because employee decided to just toss and when I asked why my meal cost as much as it did compared to what was on the board I was very rudely explained why. This chipotle could definitely do better. Would give zero stars if I could.

I’m a huge Chipotle fan in general. This was my first time eating at this particular location and I’m pretty sure it will be my last. The restaurant was filthy. Food and trash all over the floor and on tables. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to manage the restaurant, even though when we were there, there were only 2 other tables with guests and like 1 other person in line. The ice machine was broken so drinking warm soda wasn’t especially pleasant. I seriously nearly wiped out on my ass by slipping on a drink lid that was on the floor with all the other trash. The utensil bins were empty, some hot sauces had no lids. It really was the filthiest Chipotle i’ve visited. The cashier also took my receipt and threw it away without offering it to me first, which I thought was inappropriate. I had to ask for the cup for the drink I paid for.

This place is a filth fest. The employees were very lazy and unfriendly. Every single table was disgusting with crumbs and mess leftover from previous people. Every. Single. Table. was dirty and the store was not even busy. To add, there were PLENTY of employees who were standing around doing nothing. The trash had not been emptied and was overflowing with trash. The napkins were wet in the dispenser which is just gross. The floor obviously hadn’t been swept either. Absolutely save your money and find another place to eat.

I can say I had a good experience here. Just left the gym and walked into Chipotle, ordered a carne asada bowl and as she was putting my veggies on (near the end) I asked if she can add a scoop of chicken. She didn’t mind doing that, which I was very thankful for because she was doing two bowls at the same time because I ordered a pork bowl as well. My go to post gym meal!

Manager or shift leader or someone was clearly in a bad mood. Rude and frantic at the register. Talked to his employees like crap. They were all clearly aggravated and having trouble. We sat and ate, were there maybe 10 minutes when he came up to us and said the dining room closed at 10:30 (it was 10:33) I said no big deal, we can be gone in a couple seconds, just had to pack the food up. He walked away, said whatever out loud about 5 feet from me, I told him I was confused why he was mad, as I was trying to be nice to him about it. He then accused my cousin (who wasn’t) of being intoxicated, tried to fight him and told him to get out. Altogether a weird experience. Not sure why he escalated the way he did but definitely don’t recommend this location considering what happened would appreciate if corporate would reach out considering I couldn’t find a number but either way maybe just stay clear

The cashier was eating while ringing up customers and then touching the food on the counter. No tables were clean to sit at, and the restaurant was dirty. You couldn’t even throw your trash away because it hadn’t been taken out.
