Went tonight for the first time to the new Taco Bell in Hudson. I ordered a Mexican pizza. The sauce was more like BBQ sauce and it tasted like oil paint smells. I brushed my teeth and still cannot get the taste out of my mouth. I did call and talk to someone because I didn’t want someone getting sick. The person who answered the phone was very sweet and said she would look into it. Honestly I’ve never tasted anything that nasty in that.

Usually go to this Taco Bell because it’s closer to home but the last two days in a row my nacho fries have had absolutely no seasoning. I can understand if they’ve run out of seasoning but I would at least like to be informed of that before ordering something that tastes completely different without it.

Got some food in the drive-thru. Got to the house and the taco was obliterated, burrito was comically small, and the chips literally had 6 chips in the packet.
Not sure how the people working there can look at the food and think “this is fine to send out.”
The worker at the window was nice, however, so I gave 3 stars instead of two.

My sister and I came by here today to get a small bite to eat. I ordered a soft taco supreme with no sour cream and an order of nacho fries. While my sister was waiting for someone to take her money (which took 15 minutes for someone to come do) I went out to my car and began eating my nacho fries. After I got done eating my fries and went to grab my taco, I found out I actually ended up with a burrito. I took my bag back inside where my sister was still waiting on her food and four other girls received their food before her and she ordered well before them. When the “cook” finally acknowledged that I was standing there with my bag she got an attitude and I told her what was wrong and she went and fussed about it to one of her co-workers then I had to wait another five to ten minutes before I got my correct order. This store is very poor in quality and if something doesn’t change soon this store is going to be out of business.

To all employees at the Hudson Taco Bell is absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited! If I could give you a zero rating would! Food was cold few brown pieces of lettuce on tacos potato’s so hard almost broke my tooth! The cook needs to hop in his car go to Lenoir or Hickory and learn to cook! I will never visit this place again so sad because is close to my home , true facts!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They are always out of something, BUT they don’t tell you until you have already paid. We ordered Nacho fries and they don’t tell you they are out of Nacho seasoning. Today we ordered a combo and an extra drink but they didn’t tell us we don’t have any ice! The girl at the register (Raven) got an attitude with my daughter and told her she can only refund (1) drink. Have you lost your mind! Give me my money back. We will never be back to this location. By the way, this is a brand new restaurant. Good luck with that!

Went thru the drive-thru. I was the only person. I ordered 2 things and as I was pulling away I noticed they had a mini taco salad, which sounded amazing. I got to the window and asked the guy if I could add the salad. He went to the back and then came back to tell me that I would have to go thru the drive-thru again. I understand they are trying to keep their time down but dang! It was 1 item! I will not be back.

Ordered loaded nacho fries, they told me they were out, and asked if I wanted a substitute, which was fine. I asked what I could substitute it with, and the lady named 3 or 4 dollar menu items as options, mind you what I ordered was 5 and a half bucks. And when I finally argued enough to get something of at lease half the value, when I got the food it was burnt and sloppily put together. This location was recently built and already the staff is a sorry excuse.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has happened one too many times at Taco Bell. My orders are constantly missing items. When you’re paying for your food, you should at least receive everything you paid for. What made it worse was the manager’s response. Instead of offering to replace the missing items the same day, I was told I would have to come back on a different day. That’s not acceptable. Mistakes happen I understand businesses get busy but customer service and accountability matter. If you’re going to send orders out, double check the bags before handing them off. People are spending their hard-earned money and shouldn’t have to keep making extra trips because of repeated carelessness. Really disappointing experience all around.

Day shift is slow must check bag or may get your order wrong..Night shift is good but still may have to wait and check to make sure you have the right food you ordered. But they’re new to the area so we’re being patient with them. People don’t know how to act with a Taco Bell in Hudson now…lol. slow by there’s always a line around the building not the workers,just to be clear.
