The garlic noodles are also a standout. The lo mein noodles are thicker than expected, which actually makes the dish even more comforting and satisfying.
We’ll definitely be regulars here. Pro tip: order on Toast — they prefer it.
Some of my favorites are the Tom Yum soup, Basil Fried Rice, and Tom Yum Rice. The wings are good too!
There are a few women who work here, but there’s one in particular who is so nice. I absolutely love when she prepares my food—it’s always consistently good .
On the flip side, the younger cooks don’t seem as passionate when it comes to preparing the food. It doesn’t quite taste the same when they’re working. Maybe they’re just getting started or aren’t fully invested yet—I’m not sure.
Overall, I’d give this place an 8/10. Thank you!
Once I get her name, I’ll come back and update this review.
Price was very good too!
I usually order crab rangoon, Pad See-Ew and their pineapple fried rice. I can be basic with my order but their food is certainly not. It’s flavorful and fresh, it’s a fun vibe with great service.
The atmosphere: admittedly pretty cute! It has some fake plants around it with some soft music in the background. There’s no public bathroom though which is always a disappointment for a restaurant. It was 86 degrees according to their thermostat.
My food: a panang curry with tofu. While I got what I ordered I ended up only eating a little bit of it because of how bland it was. It was a coconut base with very little spice and it didn’t have the peanut flavoring that this curry is known for. Additionally I requested no bell peppers. Not only were they included but they also put tomatoes in my curry which was not stated on the menu.
I got some spring rolls that were pretty good! But after eating the other stuff the damage had already been done
The Thai iced tea smoothie that I got was good but since it was so hot, it was already halfway melted when it got to me.
My wife’s food: they ordered a tom yum soup but what they got was a vegetable soup that lacked the sour flavors that the soup usually has. When they asked for glass noodles in the soup, they were charged for an extra entree of crispy noodles. This is a standard Thai dish!
Overall it feels like a fast food place but has the prices of a sit down restaurant.
Most customers order pick-up and so I was able to get some work done while I waited for my meal. I ordered the Panang Curry and it was delicious! Flavorful and with a hint of spice. The food is served in what I assume are dishes from Thailand.
If I’m in the area again, I will stop by again.
