So we picked up an order and we started eating I bit down on a Feather.
A FEATHER we couldn’t believe it. I called and asked what I should do due to the fact that the food had a feather. JUSTIN said we don’t have food with feathers I’m like yeah I hoped you didn’t but it did. I was shocked at his attitude he said well people lie all the time insinuating we would lie about it. So here’s a picture of my receipt and the chicken with the Feather. Don’t come here it’s gross and the customer service is BAD…!!!!

They don’t bread the chicken like other bb.q chickens. Also tasted nothing like honey garlic more like soy sauce sadness. I asked the manager if this was even the right order and got a “Uh huh” in return. Told them it looks and taste nothing like any of the other bb.q chicken places I’ve been to. Fire everyone there and bring in a new crew.

Not the best fried chicken I ever had but not too bad either. The drumsticks were really big. The original crispy chicken was a little bland but got nice crunch. The waffle fries were very delicious. Very clean bathroom available for customers only.

All around horrible experience. I tried giving it a chance. Halfway through my meal, the Korean boy working front desk thought it a good opportunity to interrupt my meal by warning me that I wasn’t allowed to eat it in there since it was a To-go order. Great way to treat the people who give you money.

Not sure what the low reviews are about but we loved it here! We got the double crunch which was deliciousss. Very crunchy and left you wanting more. Would compare it to a KFC or Popeyes style chicken. Just got a side of ranch and hot sauce that we dipped it in. Fries were pretty normal, nothing extraordinary. We ordered online and it was ready in about 15 mins.

The worst point is in orange county. The service is bad. It doesn’t match the photos. This is the last time I order through door dash. It is better to drive yourself and take it to Costa Mesa or Tustin. I strongly not recommend this guys until they change, I don’t know what they’re doing there at all – for a very long time they’ve just had a low quality below a C. It is several times worse in taste and serving than in other BBQ chicken points! You just look at the photo and look at it, I left reviews elsewhere on bbq, the difference is just incredibly huge. Chicken is not crispy at all. There is absolutely no greenery added. They didn’t put the radish in. It’s very sad that this is the case. It’s incredible how many times I’ve tried and given them a chance to buy in this place, but the same quality doesn’t improve per pound.
I highly not recommend it!

Not impressed. Not the worst either. Fried chicken is made fresh to order which is nice. Comes out crispy and reasonably moist. The sauce is what’s so so for me. Too mild without a lot of flavor. Additionally it took about 30 minutes to get my SINGLE order of 8 piece chicken and white rice. Got to listen to the two guys working the counter whole waiting so long and thier customer service needs serious work.

The food is so delicious! I’ve loved this spot since 2016. The table are always clean, the staff is very attentive, very friendly and my drinks never dry and chicken always has that glorious CRUNCH! The duck-bokki is my favorite! Give this spot a chance.

I never leave reviews but I really have to this time to warn people. This place is truly the worst bbq chicken I have been to!! The service was mediocre at best, workers do the bare minimum and the manager is not understanding and has no customer-service skills. The chicken is TERRIBLE- I was shocked when we finally got our food after waiting for 30-40 minutes. It didn’t even look breaded and fried, just like regular chicken wings you buy frozen. When I asked them about that, they said that on their sauce orders they don’t bread and fry their chicken, which I found misleading because they did not disclose that anywhere on the menu.
The manager refused to compensate us for anything. Me and my boyfriend didn’t even eat the chicken because we were so shocked. And he didn’t even speak to us, he was using his workers as the middle man and wouldn’t even acknowledge us. How rude.
We just ended up paying and leaving extremely disappointed. NEVER waste your time and eat here you will regret it. Go to ANY other bbq chicken place.
