I just arrived in town a few days ago, i utilized Dominos mobile app for a customized oven cooked philley steak sub & pizza that was amazing. I tried to call the store placing my order through mobile app. The app isn’t designed for leaving detailed remarks for oven baked subs other than checking boxes although you can leave limited( due to minimal text space) remarks. My order was placed in the middle of the lunch rush. I mention in the delivery remarks I was having trouble reaching the store. Jennifer called me within a couple minutes after I placed the order. The fact she called back so quick in the middle of a lunch rush was surprising. She was very kind, professional she went above and beyond my expectations,. kuddos to Jennifer. Now days, many in the fast food world do not take pride in their job and good customer service, its hit and miss. Thank you Domino’s(Henderson)and kuddos once again to Jennifer for going the extra mile. It was very much apprecited! One happy customer here!!!

Snow storm hits and system goes down after payed and ordered no refund and when you call 3 days later to try and get your money back <57 buck> or get the food you already payed for they say they need approval from manager, when the manager was there the night it messed up and said he would refund in a day or 2 or could come get the food when system was up .

Can’t speak for Delivery but we always do pick up. If you sign up they have Insane deals (fairly regularly) and you can combine them with your rewards! Really great for days when you are short. You want the Stuffed Cheesy Bread! Even if you aren’t a 100% fan of the cornmeal flour mix you want the dips or the Stuffed cheesy bread and salad! ❤️

Purchased a Philly cheese sandwich last night with a chicken Alfredo bowl. The bowl has proven to be delicious but last night the sandwich was less than half shown on the website. It was more bread than filling, barely any meat and a small bit of veggies with minimum cheese. I was honestly not happy with it.

Im hosting a Boys Mentoring Camp next week and I came in we with a flyer and donation letter to see if they could donate a few pizzas for the kids the manager hands me the flyer back and says NO! So wow I guess y’all are not into helping the kids in the community… The same community that buys pizza from you? I would have understood if he said let me get with the general manager or give me a date to see what I can do for him to give me a cold NO! Was very unprofessional

Henderson Dominoes could do much better. The cheese wasn’t even noticeable on the pizza I ordered. I special ordered for a reason. It was over cooked and had a few shreds of cheese sprinkled around the top and not even melted completely
