My wife ordered 2 pizzas and wings at 5:57 pm. We were told that it would be delivered in 45 min. Its 7:15 and no pizza. We called, they said that the driver had delivered it. We told them we never got it. Obviously they delivered to wrong adress. They assure us that the driver was gonna be here shortly. With what? The pizza that he delivered to another house? Driver never showed up. Ita 7:45. I just called again and they told me that they were gonna make me a new order and deliver it. I really hope they do not tamper with food. The ONLY reason I order from there is because my good friend works at corporate in Warrenville. Depending on and when and if we get our order, I will be letting my friend know.

Never ordering again! My family and I ordered a stuff crossed pizza. We were unaware on them not stuffing the cross they gave us extra stuffing on the pizza. It looked disgusting it didn’t even look good.

Was told a price on the phone. When I came to pick the pizza I tried to pay with a credit card. Then my price goes up. This was never mentioned there’s a credit card surcharge when I placed the order. On top of that the fee was about 5% of the bill which is way in excess of credit card fees. The owner is not trying to cover their expenses they’re using credit card fees as a hidden profit center. Very shady business practices.

Twice I have ordered from this location because they are open later. Twice my order wasn’t made correctly, items were forgotten as well. Poor quality in taste. I’ve been ordering Rosatis since I was a kid. This location is terrible with my 2 experiences. I won’t be ordering from here again. $60 waisted twice.

Most pathetic tasty put together items that they so-called food. Burt, chicken tenders, and bread with cheese, not even melted onto the bread and said it was cheesy bread will never order from here again do not recommend.

but Nancys closed and I figured we would try this place. Sure enough the pizza tasted bland no flavor at all Im not sure how that’s possible
I ordered a 2 liter of 7up and they brought root beer they said they ran out of 7up so why take my order if you didn’t have it. I won’t be ordering here again sad Rosatis fell off
***Update it gets worse I need to give 1 star I found a piece of tape on my pizza I almost ate it gross it was literally cooked into my pizza
This place needs to be shut down for health violations only God knows what is happening in that kitchen
I will be calling the owner in the morning this is not right I want a full refund of my money
***Update the owner called this morning and apologized offered me a full refund and told me that is not the quality they offer and if we try to order from them again she assured it would be good

Food arrived at 11:10pm called to place the order at 9:30. Ordered a small pizza and bone in wings. Never had a issue until today delivery driver pretended to not know where to go then my food was very cold just had to microwave everything plus the wings were dry I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location to anyone unless I should have ate cereal.
