We ordered a pepperoni pizza to go. When we got home this is what we had. Very few pepperoni, and very little cheese. I’ve gotten a lot better quality at Little Caesar’s Pizza, for half the price I paid at this Pizza Hut. The restaurant is dark and creepy, with a feeling of not being very clean. I would give them a small break if they had been really busy, but there were only 3 people together at one table inside. If we lived closer I would have taken the pizza back and complained, but we live an hour away. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Papa John’s is just a few feet away, I will gladly go there next time.

I love pizza hut! The food is almost always excellent but I do feel in the past few months their staff shows a lack of training. I wanted a personal pan pizza and usually place an order online but I called it in and the lady told me they did not have personal pans. I told her yes they do I order them all the time…also ordered cheese sticks and she said they have cheesy bread…I told her I never heard it called that but ok. I arrived to pick my order up and had to pull my previous orders up on my phone to prove they do in fact have personal pans..( Book it program ) finally a cook came up and finished the transaction. I am not sure if she just wasn’t trained or also a chance the lady was a bit… high. I’m not sure but the experience was odd but it was also rare so I will continue to do business with them as I love their food and usually staff is friendly and food is correct.
