Food is always good. The service was fine , but because this is inside a hospital, it is very hard to access. You have to park blocks away if you want to access it unless you work there.

I never had service so poor, rude, and distasteful at VCU Hospital chick-fil-a until this afternoon 6/14/25. The cashier “Nae Nae” refused to take orders at the register (which had NO line) and wanted customers to use the kiosk which was heavily backed up at the time. Unfortunately, due to TODAYS demographics at the hospital, a lot of customers were elderly, did not know how to use the kiosk, or wanted to pay with cash. Also, the kiosk menu did not reflect what was available. With a total of 5 staff members that could be seen ( 2 cooks, 1 cashier and I’m not sure what the other 2 were doing), yet NO one to help the customers at the kiosk.
At this point I decided to go back to the register to order a meal and the cashier “Nae Nae” proceeded to take an order behind me even though I was next in line. When other customer spoke up on my behalf “Nae Nae” became even more agitated. She continue to be discourteous towards each and every customer that she served. As I was leaving she blatantly stated to her other employees that she “did not care” and “the customers were the problem”.
It is very unfortunate that this location does not reflect the values or standards that the rest of Chick-fil-A tries to uphold.

I had a very disappointing experience at Chick-fill-A today. The girl at the counter who was handling the orders was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of being polite and helpful, she spoke in a very disrespectful tone . Such behavior completely ruins the customer experience. I hope the management looks into this seriously, because good food alone cannot make up for bad service. Customers deserve respect.”

Chick Fil A should ban this location for being a chick fil a. The food IS NOT the same. The fries were diff but ok, the nuggets were awful and had the McDonalds taste to them. The milkshake tasted good and the same.

Just awful. Never opened when I needed them to be there. Worst chicken sandwich I ever saw when it was open. What is all the hub bub about. Didnt even have Mac and cheese ready in a hospital no less. I go better or comparable food at the cafeteria.

If you’d like to experience a location that’s not big on “it’s my my pleasure” here is the one. They are also pretty talented as they can multitask with processing your order and checking their phone. They are very careful and allow your fries and chicken to cook in the oil an extra minute or 2 to kill any possible germs and unnecessary moisture and juices you might prefer in your meal.

THE WORST LOCATION EVER! I couldn’t give my order because the damn cashier wanted to walk off cause she needed a cigarette break. Then, when another lady comes to take orders, once again I had to stand and wait because now everyone is watching the last cashier whine and complain because the manager wouldn’t let her go on break. This location has a history with its employees not wanting to work or slacking off. But the food is still good just like the other locations

Simple enough order, spicy chicken with cheese, waffle fries and a drink.
What i got was spicy chicken No cheese, no drink, and they are out of pickles.
I returned to the counter for the cheese, they put a slice in a sandwich bag. Sat down and realized I didn’t have my drink, I went back to the counter to get my drink. I watched several other customers return to the counter to get their order corrected.
The staff is definitely not friendly or helpful. I have never before encountered such poor customer service in a Chik-fil-A.
