Product is usually pretty good although yesterday’s Pepperoni Magnifico left a lot to be desired. Looked nothing like the photos on the website. About 1/4 had no pepperoni and barely any cheese.

I’ve had Marco’s Pizza at another location before and had a much better experience, so I came into this visit expecting about the same. This one ended up being pretty average overall, so I’d land at three stars.
The pizza itself was decent — fresh, good amount of cheese, and the crust was fine — just nothing that really stood out. It filled the craving, but it didn’t have that same “wow, I’d come back for this” feeling I got from the other location. Portions and quality felt a little less consistent this time around.
Service was okay, but it definitely felt rushed. The staff weren’t rude or anything, just seemed like they were trying to move fast and get through orders. It made the interaction feel a bit impersonal compared to my last visit at a different store where everything felt more relaxed.
Overall, not a bad experience, just not as good as I know this place can be. I’d still give it another shot if I was nearby, but based on this visit alone, it was right in the middle for me.

I’ve ordered from this Marco’s Pizza a few times, and it’s been a pretty average experience overall. The pizza usually arrives hot and on time, which I definitely appreciate on busy nights. The crust has a nice chew to it, and they don’t skimp too much on cheese, but the flavor can be a little bland depending on what you order.
Customer service has been okay — nothing amazing, but no real problems either. It’s a reliable option when I want something quick and familiar, just not my first pick if I’m really craving standout pizza.

I spent $60 on their pizzas just for them to not correctly make ‘The Works’ pizza. I called the location & was put on hold for 10 minutes and never came back. This location sucks and they dont even care enough to render what they messed up. I wont be coming back here. Not to mention it wasnt busy at all so theres no excuses to not answer the phone. Im just going to email corporate. Dont waste you time or money.

On Marco‘s website, it says loyalty points never expire ( see picture below) that $10 each time so $40 total that they have cheated me out of. I called the manager and talk with them several times about this and they say there’s nothing they can do. I have emailed Customer Service about this several times and never hear nothing back.
